Lovely facility.

Couldn’t get 1 hour late checkout

The property was welcoming from start time finish. Stayed here for a weekend and the staff was professional and very polite. The room was very clean and felt very welcoming with complimentary warm cookies at check in. Very nice atmosphere, well maintained and clean. A very nice quality gym for those trying to squeeze in a workout . I got a good night sleep with very comfortable beds and pillows . Will definitely recommend. Worth the price you pay

Everyone were especially helpful. Answering questions before asked. Special shout out to the grounds keeper and security staff that noticed that I had left a window open in my car.

Property was very clean and great night staff for check in. They had a 24 hr open gym which was perfect. Breakfast was great they had an excellent selection

Had requested some extra towels from room service but never received them. And was disturbed by room service around 8am day of check out when checkout is at 11am

The bathtubs are disgusting, old, weathered, and dirty.

The bar area was nice and staff were friendly. I had the brussel sprouts, and they were good. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy and not too costly. There's a Starbucks next door.

I could hear people all night long drinking and laughing in the parking lot. After 3am I text the front desk.

Location was great. The staff was excellent. Everyone had a smile and always ready to help. My parents are elderly and the front desk crew helped with assisting her with a wheelchair and answered all questions.

My mother had a really hard time sitting down on the very low toilet. Please consider upgrading to higher toilets for elderly people. It was even low for me. My mother almost fell one time trying to sit down; Thank God I was in there with her.

Purchased through booking.com for 6/14-6/16 departure (2 nights). Found out after disturbed last night that Hotel checked us in for 6/13-6/15 but had key to room thru 6/16. Was awaken by security banging on the door and trying to enter at 11 pm on 6/16 saying they were security. My husband and I were asleep. We checked with the front desk after the rude awakening and were told there was a mix up. Our stay was adjusted to the one day. I don’t know where the mix up happened but to be interrupted out of a deep sleep by security trying to enter was very disturbing. The desk said they would credit my honors account for a nights’ stay and report the incident to the management. Another item, we were planning to leave early. In loading the car, I made 2 trips. I was unable to get into the room with my card at 7:30 am. I saw that we were checked out before then. If my husband had not been in the room, I could not have gotten the rest of my belongings without going back to the front desk. It really gave me a feeling that I was not welcome or valued as a customer.

The parking lot gate to exit and enter is a pain.

There was restaurants, gas stations and convenient stores around. It was close to the freeway.

The AC unit kept us up all night. It was very loud and noisy. Also it was either freezing cold or too warm. At 69° it was freezing cold but if it was set at 70° the heater would kick on.

The shower was a little dated. For travelers, it would’ve been better to just have a standup shower instead of a tub. Being next to the freeway - that part wasn’t ideal. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high.

Very nice hotel, good location with easy access.

When I tried to check in about an hour early I was told that I would have to wait until 3:00 PM and that my category of room meant that i could not check in early? I assume that is because I booked through Booking.com and not directly with the hotel website. My original booking through booking.com showed a charge $382.22, my credit card has been charged for $532.21. I did have an additional charge for three nights of parking which were quoted to me at $14 per day, but that does not add up to an extra $150 charge?

The sink was wet when I first went into the room, as if it had just been used, it made me feel like the hotel was not cleaned or had been used. And the sink also took forever to drain so we couldn’t use one of the sinks but I guess it wasn’t a big deal since there were 2. Staff was very rude especially the cleaning crew. Two cleaning staff members kept making jokes about me and my boyfriend. At first I thought it was just me over thinking but I walked past them 4 times, and each time they started laughing, my boyfriend said they both made comments about me. Not sure if they didn’t realize we both speak Spanish so we were able to understand them. Horrible experience.
