The chairs (cloth) appears old and dirty. I thought breakfast was included but it wasn’t (to my surprise).. Lower the parking cost or get rid of it altogether.

Everything and everyone was great, only complaint was the bed squeaks every time my wife or I changed sleeping positions and it would wake us up. Mattress wasn't the best either; kinda lumpy. Best thing about the stay was seeing this is the first hotel chain that allows and encouraged guests to connect a device to the tv by wifi and any types of cable connection. If I knew this prior I'd have brought my PS5.

The room, the lobby and the halls were very clean. The staff was friendly. I never like arriving at a facility to find they have added costs. This time $12 for parking. Bed was not particularly comfortable. Room in general was.

They booked my wrong date. They were over booked. They wouldn’t even let me in the hotel said they didn’t have a room for me. I end up having to drive ours home. Extremely tired and dangerous.

I realized until I got there that I had to pay a $200 deposit on top of my payment. For the room. The air conditioning was broke. You have to pay for TV and internet or sign up for their club to get it free or something like that. The beds are hard and lumpy could not sleep disabled and have very bad pain. Severe pain so I couldn't sleep well. Cuz the bed and the covers and the sheet was very uncomfortable. The chair in the room is worn down. Thank goodness, all you need it to stay one night and I will not return again.

The air condition unit on the roof outside the room was unbearly noisy until 10 pm and as of 6 am. We asked for another room but none was available. Accessing the Internet was a major pain - ultimately only the staff could to it - after several attempts. Nice pool though.
