Staybridge Suites - San Bernardino - Loma Linda

The breakfast was very good, but I could not always determine if the food contained items I am allergic to or if the food was prepared on a surface with onions, garlic or olive oil. No bad reactions to the food, so I guess all was safe.

Signs listing some of the ingredients would have been helpful. For instance, the eggs had some green peppers, but I couldn't tell whether or not they were green onions. Had to have my wife test taste them to determine they were safe for me.

Not much to not like, just not Loma Linda fans

The location itself isn’t bad. Close to the freeway, a brunch of restaurants, and shopping. I didn’t even see homeless people. The hotel has a security guard that I always saw, and helped out with my problem right away (The people above me were doing a lot of stumping during the day/night).

the “scones” at breakfast and the room was very clean.

literally everything else!! They GAVE away my BOOKED + CONFIRMED 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE room stating “there was no number on file to inform you” which is a lie because I booked through BOOKING where my number is in the reservation confirmation! and still no reason to give my room away especially when I payed in full ahead of time!! and telling me “oh it’s the same thing except instead of one bed you have two” IF I WANTED TWO SMALLER BEDS I WOULD HAVE BOOKED TWO SMALLER BEDS!! ONE QUARTER of a parking lot available to park-where there are “reserved for Diamond Elite” then “reserved for Tesla” then the usual handicapped in the front spaces. The rest of the parking lot is shared with the Claim Jumpers restaurant parking. The whole backside of the hotel is on a no parking anywhere street and the side entrances are useless since you still have to walk to the middle of the hotel for the ONE WORKING SLOW elevator! ALL the lights and TVs inside the room turned themselves off after a certain amount of time-even though we left our room key in the “leave card here for power” slot by the door 😑 towels AND toilet paper were THIN, rough and cheap! resembling dollar store thin rolls, and they were so stingy with the towels throughout the stay stating they could only give us half of what we needed so not everyone got to shower! Shower door wouldn’t stay closed no matter which way you tried. Literally just two sauce pans in the kitchen which were overly used, loose handles, mismatched and just dingy. All utensils very clearly were missing pieces/chunks, silverware literally bendable, cheap, and mismatched-very tacky. the kitchen faucet sprayed water everywhere no matter how low you turned the water on and which direction you turned it. The couch was so sunken in it was uncomfortable. the beds were flat and had no comfort to them at all. WIFI was WEAK-wouldn’t keep the videos playing much less basic iphone searches! The Tv was basic cable with most out THE BREAKFAST WAS WHACK!

One night stay for a quick, overnight, fun trip. The price was reasonable, the room was just what we needed, the staff was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Our shower didn't seal well and there was some ceiling damage in the bathroom, but those were very minor issues. I was surprised that we needed to pay extra for parking, but it wasn't an extreme additional cost (although knowing about it beforehand would've been appreciated). Overall, I would recommend and consider staying here again.

It was an awesome experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very accommodating and kind, the lounge area was so nice and the complimentary breakfast was great, it was so nice I ended up extending my trip for 3 extra days. I would definitely stay again.

Everything about our stay was lovely. The room was impecably clean and well kept. The amenities were lovely.

Great stop between Las Vegas and San Diego. Very clean and very nice.

We arrived late, 9:45 pm. With 4 kids. We got only 3 towels in the room. When we called the front deak, the nice guy told us that he doesn’t have any extra towels to give us (!!!). I asked him if he can see that I paid for 6 people because I thoght it was my mistake. But he answered that he could see that. Just after I explained him that it doesn’t make sense to ask us to share 3 towels he told us that he will check again. After 5 minutes he asked us to come to the front door to pickup 3 towels. I didn’t want to argue so I did it but the whole situation was so frustrating.

Front desk woman was very nice. We liked being on the first floor and so close to breakfast, which was better than I thought it would be and loved the yogurt bar and salsa for eggs. Server was working hard to give alternatives when they ran out of coffee cups and she was so nice.

No jacuzzi and pool was cold. Social hour was only Monday through Wednesday and I think if they had something daily, that would entice more guests to socialize.
