Our room's AC didnt work so I called front desk. Some really unprofessional maintenace man showed up & literally asked me, "what do want me to do about it"! I told him how about you try to fix it or move us. They couldnt fix it & asked if we can wait til the next day. At 79 degrees, I told them no. They did move us to a room with an AC working. toto fix ot

Really nice place, super clean and felt quiet and safe. It’s just our $120 hotel room for one night ended up costing us $250 since we had to pay for parking, a non refundable pet fee of $75 and a $50 pet fee and some other $11 charge I see on my statement?? They charge for $18 for break fast and $3 water and $7 WiFi and don’t leave little bottles of soap and lotion: like, yes those are stuff other hotels do, but I mean it’s like they up charge and nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING. Like we’re just stopping through to sleep on our trip 😭 BUT, I would stay again, all that said. It was quiet, dogs were allowed all though the crazy highest fee ever, and felt safe, and was CLEAN. And that’s the most important things for me so. 4 stars 👏 I just know now what to expect 😂

Check out was at 11am. We were dressing etc. When room service tried to enter. It was only 8:30ish at the time. Also, they were seriously under staffed. We were dining on the patio and only the bartender was working the dining room, banquet room and the patio. He was running. He was amazing

Clean, spacious, and pleasantly appointed room. Very quiet room/ location with no street/freeway noise whatsoever. Only downside was the room temp was overheated at 80 degrees! Took awhile to cool down to 65 but slept comfortably. The warm choc chip cookies were delightful though.
