The worst hotel experience ever.

It was a nightmare. My wife and I I got to the room at 2am after a party, tired and ready to sleep, when we encountered at least 15 roaches crawling around. They were everywhere. On the floor, walls and bed! It was disgusting. We had to leave.

I didn't like the roach infestation!!! I didn't like the fact that my wife and I had to leave in the middle of the night due to the roach infestation.

For a budget recommend has its flaws but if you need to rest a nd have family definitely don’t recommend

We got there the property just drained the pool , didn’t know when the water would come .the room was nice but to many people were In and out especially females , and felt unsafe the door felt like with once push they can get in the room

housekeeping was courteous and helpful.

I reserved two rooms. I requested they let my sister in because she got there an hour early. they agreed. when my sister arrived they didn't allow her. They said because I booked through Booking.com"you should have booked directly with the hotel" The reception staff was very unfriendly and lobby smelled like marijuana. There were a lot of homeless people walking the parking lot. felt very unsafe. it was a motel they allowed weekly stays. It didn't have an iron or a blow dryer. beds were hard. There were cigarette ashes in my non smoking room.

Location is definitely over price for one night I know that they jacked up the pricing when there’s events at the north

I like that the property was conveniently located next to the event that I was attending

I definitely did not like the fact that there was no warm or hot water which made it very uncomfortable to shower

For the amount we paid it wasn't worth it

I like how they quickly resolved some issues.

The previous covers were dirty and it was dirty in certain places that should have been wiped down. We had to wipe it down ourselves.

The pool wasn't Available but doesn't say that on the website, the wifi kept going out,the cable / tv was limited,door to the room had a bullet hole in it from the inside ,the top security lock from room door was removed, lighting in room wasn't the best , shower head leaked and pressure came out slowly, aside from staff being exceptionally kind and professional the stay was less than satisfactory.

People having drug deals on the outside of our room, not clean and alot of cockroaches, went to check out at 7 am nobody in the front nobody answer the phone. I have to head home and I domt have time to wait till 11 to check out.
