Disappointed with facility when compared to 90% rating on website. Overrated and misrepresented

Price. Most basics present in unit. Next to main street which equaled easy access.

Tiny envelopes of shampoo? No Tissues? 25 cent charge for ice? Bed was hard, uncomfortable. Rusty towel rack. Wire hangers.

Nice, clean. Bed was comfortable. Did the job we were only there to rest before continuing our travel.

Overall for price I slept good in a clean bed.

Bed was clean and comfortable TV n remote clean room was neat.

The bath tub looked like it had never been cleaned and one roll of toilet paper not even on a toilet wall roller for 2 adults and 3 days 2 night there should be at least 2 rolls. Towels also appeared to have someone’s hair in each one, I'm glad I brought my own.

Simple amenities at the right price!

Quiet and clean. All the features you expect in a big name hotel (e.g. Wyndham, Hilton, etc) but in a smaller, hometown hotel at a quarter of the cost.

Colton is not the most beautiful or safe, but I'm glad this little diamond in the rough was there for a night's stay!

The beds were very comfortable. It was located next to Fiesta Village, which has a roller rink, rides, water slides and mini-golf. The staff was friendly.

They only gave us one coffee packet for three guests. So at 6am, my husband and I decided who needed the coffee more.

The room was unfinished. The framing around the door was coming off and exposed the wood. Also there were cobwebs on the ceiling. Hair on the towels, the sink didn't really work.

I knew this wasn't the Hilton, and aspects were ok, like cleanliness, but not sleep & noise comfort

It was clean. I have no complaint on cleanliness.

Bed was horrible. Very hard cheap mattress with a thin foam pad over it which didn't help. Also, the lights from outside were very bright and shone through the spaces the curtains could not block. Very disruptive for sleeping. Also, traffic noise was very loud until the middle of the night.

A great no-frills place for a comfortable nights sleep.

It was quiet, very clean, and had comfortable beds and bedding. The AC worked well, with no weird noises. I slept great. The internet was fast. The check in was easy, with polite personnel at the front desk. The price was reasonable. It seemed recently renovated.

Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff and wonderful owners. GREAT value. We have to come to Loma Linda often. We passed by Colton Inn many times, but it wasn't until we read reviews that we decided to give it a try--a decision we will never regret. It is our first choice when we are in town for appointments.

Location was perfect for our stay for surgery just down the road. The lady that checked us in was very nice and our room was comfortable and clean.
