It’s was comfortable for the price and not having a large deposit to pay.

The room was spacious and seemed like it had a few upgrades.

The walls were pretty dirty and there was no remote for the tv , I also requested more towels when I booked the room but I didn’t get them and there wasn’t a phone in the room to even call down to the front desk.

I reserved a smoking room and they had non-smoking rooms I have bad feet had to keep going outside to smoke it said the deposit was $20 it was $40 had to pay for ice no ice bucket had to use a bag and there was bugs in the room it also said it had a microwave they didn't

Number one worst experience at a motel.

Yes once upon Check in the manager was very rude and looked at me like I was a Mexican. Probably because I am Mexican. He ran my card two times said it was declined but he tried to charged me more than he was supposed to do, it was 88.50 he charged me 94 or 50 he tried to get away with it. My card was he had said, yet I was charged 94.50 I sat in the parking lot trying to figure it out he denied charging me I called booking.com they said they see he collected the money the property collected the money but I was refuse to be given a room I had no place to stay so I was out of money and had to sleep in my car and still waiting for an outcome very rude man his name was Andy from India I thought that's his real name.

Not to stay there after that experience.

When we arrived for check in, our reservation was cancelled due to a “glitch”. I lost my room, my money hasn’t been returned and I had to pay extra to stay at a different hotel. I booked in advance for a festival at NOS, ended up starting my festivities pretty upset.

The customer service was awful, the room was dirty, the bathtub and sick were dirty. There were so many people outside the hotel, didn’t make me feel safe for my car. The walls are paper thin so we could hear conversations at all hours of the night. The floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in over a week. We were given a remote at check in for a TV that has no working channels. When I mentioned it when I checked out the guy at the counter just shrugged his shoulders. Never coming back again, definitely not worth what I paid for

Kind of a scam. You get what you pay for.

The room seemed clean. Spacious. Beds were decently comfortable.

Staff was confused, and rude. They demanded a $20 cash up from "deposit" and wouldn't rent the room unless you gave it to them. The a/c was good but SUPER LOUD. There here homeless druggies all over the place. Before the front desk checked me in, three people came to complain about their rooms, and the person kept taking them OVER me, even though I was there first. Dishonest and shady. No one mentions a Cash "deposit". Rude on the check out as well. Rooms looked clean, but in the middle of the night we saw baby roaches in the tub.

It was close to the 215 freeway.

Television didn't work, room reeked of cigarette smoke though it was a non-smoking room. Parking lot noise and loud people kept me up until 3am. There is no phone in the room.

They did a good job remodeling the bathroom.

First the stuff are rude,when I was talking he always cut me off.Poor English and hard to communicate.The place is noisy,our next door was smoking a dope.Our room supposedly non smoking but it was stunk inside,it bothered me a lot.The floor is dirty like you can see some trash..we wouldn’t recommend this,the reason why we stayed because we are tired from traveling and just wanna have a good sleep.

Good stay; Wishing there was more amenities

I liked that it was not far away from the concert venue, freeway and stores. Room looked newly renovated. There was a lot of parking available for guests.

I disliked how they did not have many blankets available, other than one FLEECE blanket in each bed. Not many towels to use. I understand the hotel lobby was in the middle of renovation, but it looked very sketchy. Was woken up by management yelling at a tenant next door, kicking him out. They did not have a microwave installed in room. Not listed in google as an operating business. Lastly, place is hard to find at first, since it is hidden behind a gas station and a abandoned Denny's.

Great location for attending an event at NOS.

Stayed here for an event at NOS Center. You really can't beat the location, walking distance is walking distance and it makes up for the budget motel vibes. Plenty of car parking.

The rooms are decent, the bed is hard but not bad. The strong smell of the cleaning stuff.
