Horrible place

Nothing I got ripped off charged twice still trying to get my money back took a deposit and it was in my transactions 1 day and its been gone ever since so I haven't recieved my deposit back but have no proof I paid them till I get my statement for this month and hopefully its in there so I can dispute it

I refused to stay a single night.

The house keeper was pleasant.

Lomen was not clean sheets were stained. Washcloth was dirty and no bathtowels.

The location was the only good thing and the air conditioning.

Everything was old and broken. The phone wasn't working . Bugs were on the wall. The pool , omg the pool was diirrttyyy.... blood on the sheets had to change rooms. The neighbor had some huge dogs making noise all night . I would never stay there again. They have us one toilet tissue. The towels were stained with bleach and orange, not white. Was unsatisfied !!

I liked the location it was close to where I needed to be.

I didn't like the barking dogs. The sign said helping dogs only but all I saw was a lot of people with pets. Don't know if I'd book again worries about flea bites.

Initial cheap price and location

Rooms are absolutely filthy, stuff splattered on walls, doors, ceilings. What appears to be structural damage or mold on the doors. There was a loose roof access in the room stayed in made me uneasy. Needed to stay an extra day was quoted a price way above what was posted online, ended up finding another stay for the last night.

Affordability comes with a price

The property is centrally located in a seemingly nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. It’s also right off the interstate and the staff was very friendly. There is no charge for parking with only one vehicle.

I booked this motel under the assumptions it was clean, safe, and quiet. I was sadly mistaken. My sheets had burn holes, the towels had what appeared to be blood stains, and I didn’t feel comfortable at all going barefoot on the floors. I am a solo female traveler so I requested a top floor, which I understand isn’t always an option. However, I didn’t feel safe being located on the bottom floor by the pool with a sliding glass door so easily accessible to anyone. Despite this being a non-smoking property, my room smelled like weed and cigarettes. The toilet at times would not flush. Neighbors were extremely noisy until late at night. The morning I left, my neighbors were still going at 4 am. Its convenience to the interstate can be viewed as a plus, but because of its location, it’s also extremely noisy. I can look beyond an outdated property. Unfortunately, it was not clean or quiet, and I felt it was questionably safe due to the room having such easy access to break in.

I don’t know whether it was just our room but it was terrible. The bed was springy and very uncomfortable and the place was not clean. The shower curtain etc was stained. I know you can’t expect a lot for this price but this was below basic.

We rented three rooms in total one single bed room and two multiple bedrooms the rooms were nowhere near as clean as they were in the past the linen was very dirty to towels in the bathroom were dirty the curtains were dirtied and stained in one of the rooms the shower was almost black we had a request a new room. For less than a year ago the property was amazing don't know what has happened seem to be a lot of transient people staying in the hotel maybe it was contracted by the county but was disappointing the smell of marijuana was everywhere not a healthy enough environment for a family with children and grandchildren present.

The room smelled strongly of cigarettes. I asked to change the room, as I have an allergy to the smell of cigarettes, and the description says that the rooms are for non-smokers. But they offered to return my money so that I could go at night and look for another place to live.

Floors were dirty, mirror wasn’t clean, had to ask for toilet paper and towels because the room had none. The toilet made noise all night, you could hear the neighbors shower running. The place smelt like smoke. The people staying all around us were very loud until 1am. Someone opened our door from the outside at about 9pm at night, thank god it was latched! We will not return.

Close to all the well known eateries wether fast food or dinner establishments Went to dinner across the street Black Angus, which was excellent so we walked there!

No coffee maker in the room! So I had to get dressed early in the morning 🌄 and drive about 3 miles to McDonald's to get my coffee and drive back!

The hotel is a little run down. The pictures on the internet do not match what we rented. We were a little concerned about the area and crime. Very noisy all night. People around us were quite loud. Didn't get much sleep. TV did not get signal. Maintenance man came with a new remote.

I can’t say there was anything good about the property.

So they had one ice machine, but was up in front and then there was dog poop and trash litter in the parking lot and on the lawn, I stayed upstairs and the tile to the way to the room was there was food there was something that had dripped like no one had been up there to clean the walkway. There was trash coming from outside of some of the rooms, and when I walked in immediately my room,, the vents were filled with marijuana smell the floors had not been swept or vacuumed I cleaned around the sink and the door handles because no one have been in there to clean them and there were rings of dirt. I pulled back the bed and there was not even a mattress cover but just a sheet that was stained with pink and the mattress is spring so I had a hard time sleeping. also, I would recommend wearing your shoes because the floors were disgusting.

Overall it’s good but as mentioned could’ve been great if issues changed/adjusted.

The night staff lady was polite but morning and daytime staff males (ESPECIALLY MANAGER) need to work on their attitude issues maybe take lessons from the polite and sweet lady (***suggestions make HER MANAGER***).

CARPET needs work in the room and the ATTITUDE from the***MALE MANAGER*** needs work if you don’t appreciate your job find something that makes you happy in a different field, other than that everything else was pretty good but easily could’ve been great.

Decent “Motel” like Inn with convenient access to restaurants, freeway; and friendly staffs.

The staff checked us in efficiently, promptly as well as respectfully. The location has restaurants, gas station, freeway; and Costco/Sam’s Club/few other retailers nearby.

For $100+ a night, there was no breakfast provided; the interior room was so-so motel like; the upper entrance door safety lock/wood piece was gone(seems like either broke by someone); few homeless wondering around the parking lot; no one-time slipper provided…
