Aside from the dirty whirlpool I had a great time and the food was perfectly priced.

I liked the food and the overall friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful. I liked the fact that there was. microwave and refridgerator.

The hot tub or whirlpool in the room was extremely dirty, I called the from desk and reported it they said they would tell the appropriate people. I was in room 234 and I too pictures of the dirt and hair that was left in the whirlpool. I cleaned it out my self and reported it but don't know if anything was done about it like to receive a complimentary night or something like that. No one asked me after I reported it. I believe the person who took the call was named Geri.

Comfortable and quiet.

For fronting on a busy street, the room, located toward the back of the building, was extremely quiet. During my 3 days there, I heard only one siren and one loud car. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet around the entry door had a collection of dust. The carpet was brown, the same color as dirt, so I could not tell how clean it was.

I was an overall good stay but wasn't what I expected

I did not eat there.

I specifically was looking for a hotel room with a tub to be able to take a baffing and once Iris got to the room I realized there was no tub and it was on the showers. I called downstairs to ask front desk. Can I be changed rooms and was told no there's no rooms available with a tub

I wasn’t aware of the cost for parking there!!! Not cool ! Should have notified the customer about the change Of the rules! When I checked in the cost was 154.00 So I asked why Then the reception stated it’s $12.00 parking fee! Wasn’t informed about this There was sign as of May 2,2025 Barely telling me as Just paid my way in to the hotel! Be professional about this Since it’s coming from these entitled people who are making their billions already!

Well, the walk in shower leaks tremendously onto the bathroom floor. I use many of the towels to clean it up so each time I'm in that type of room I'll make it a point to request extra towels. The window shear controller in the first room wasn't working properly. Despite these minor items, I really enjoy staying here.

Great stay and great value!

The rooms were clean, the staff was excellent and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff greeted us every time they saw us. The property was safe and they even have security walking the property at night to keep the lot secure. Would definitely stay here again.

1100.00 stolen from are bag of bills.

forgot a bag in the room and it had $1100.00 in it along with other papers and lap top the cash was missing the rest was there. They said they would investigate it. not heard any more about it.

Disappointed

I was initially told by the check in staff that I would get $20 of voucher daily for breakfast as a Hilton Honors member. But, at the check out, they didn’t honor the vouchers. It is not much money but the misleading information and disrespect were frustrating to me

I like that you can check in from the mobile app. I also loved that on the app you have a mobile key to your room. Also, I loved the option to pick what floor and room you want. Their snack store was outstanding. I liked the variety of options. The mini fridge was cold, and the freezer even worked! Was very surprised that my drink froze overnight.

The ac unit probably could use a new filter. The room had a slight damp odor. Didn't like the broken light in the restroom vanity and the mold underneath the little shower ledge.

Great location for us. The lobby is so airy and bright. We enjoyed our stay.

Every staff person,that we had any contact with,was very kind,helpful, and friendly. We had to change rooms and that was absolutely no problem. They responded quickly to the problems that we had with the 2 different rooms. Their hospitality was wonderful.

We were surprised at the pretty high cost of the fairly ordinary breakfast. Maybe the Continental Breakfast should be free, and the larger breakfast a few dollars less. Also, the pillows in both rooms were awful. Lumpy and thin. Had trouble in room 116 regulating the thermostat to deliver a pleasant temperature. It was not cool enough or it too cold. Maybe it needs instructions?

The staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy.

The people in the room above mine kept jumping around and sounded like they were moving furniture around until almost 4 in the morning. They were supposed to be warned by security but kept it up. When I called the front desk a second time, that's when they finally stopped. Didn't get much sleep!
