Guest service very friendly. Continental breakfast was excellent. Appreciated hot coffee throughout the day.

Room 200 was right at the end of the hotel against the I10 freeway. Extremely noisy at night. Any room on that side will be noisy.

Only got 2 hrs sleep because of freeway noise. You could hear every car and truck as it went by.

The breakfast was not good. There was not a variety of food to choose from. There was hardly any food out available/ stocked and the kitchen area was not clean. I paid extra money for a suite and the room was small. This hot did not meet my expectations.

The front desk attendants shout treat your guest with respect. On August 10 I was sitting in the lost around 3:30 pm sending out emails before leaving for the airport. He came and asked me to leave the lobby ASAP because I am no longer a guest. He literally treated me like some one from the street. I am president of a college , not a criminal for demand me that I leave right away. I need to talk to the general manager. I will never stay in La Quinta. What was the problem sitting in the lobby a finish sending my emails before heading to the airport. Can you understand some one trash you after staying there for 3 nights. Two weeks ago I was at your facility in Aurora, CO. I will never go back to LaQuinta, nor would I recommend it to my colleagues. I can be reached at [email protected] Thanks!

I liked the location and it was close by where I can go see my mom at the Rehab facilities. Also, it's affordable where I don't have to travel another hour or so in the traffic to stay with my families and then have to travel back to see my mom. The room is very clean. The breakfast was good as well.

I don't like that I ended up getting ants in my room although it was kind of my fault for not putting some snack away but then again I didn't expect that I would be getting ants on my snack. The room is nice but I feel like it kinda smell like someone was there. For example, I feel like the room smell like sweaty body. Maybe it could be the bedding or maybe it wasn't changed. Who knows. The hall way did smell pretty good though.

Breakfast was OK would’ve been nice for a few other options like real oatmeal or bacon bed. It wasn’t bad.

It was clean and a great location.

The staff were very disappointing, because I asked the staff several times to exchange the refrigerator in the room. The first time I asked the front desk associate at 9:00 am if they could exchange the refrigerator. Because the refrigerator was not expelling any cold air from the blower. Mainly because there was hardened thick slab of ice stuck to the back of the refrigerator and the cold air couldn’t escape from the blower. I explained this to several different staff, and they told me several times they would look at the refrigerator. Well they never did look at the refrigerator, and by 8:30 pm I asked for the last time, and she said she would call the manager. About an hour and a half later she calls me back, tells us the maintenance man is stuck in traffic and if we need something refrigerated we need to take it to the front desk and they will refrigerated there. This statement irritated me to no end! I didn’t take my stuff to the front desk, because it is none of their business what I needed to refrigerate! We paid a lot of hard earned money for a room that worked, and I chose this hotel because the hotel offered a microwave and refrigerator in each of their rooms! Well my refrigerator didn’t work, and I needed the refrigerator for personal items that needed refrigeration! The staff are liars and unreliable!

“AJ” (Front Desk Clerk) was excellent! However he should familiarize himself with the area and be able to show a map. Other than that he was bright and cheerful and did a good job!😊

Although my room (217) was very clean and very well kept, the MATTRESS is due for a closer look and maybe a change. It was Hard & felt Lumpy which made it difficult on which to sleep. Had it been comfortable the room would have been perfect and I would have slept much better😊

Had a nice sized lobby

Our room floor was very dirty, after walking around for maybe five mins my feet were black. Along, with the bottom of my son's diaper bag I placed on the floor and he dragged it and it was so black and dirty from the floor. Was really discussed in that.

Great location and looked great on the inside and out. The room was clean beds were comfortable and really liked the fact they used all Dove products.

Very clean, well-appointed (spare, not fussy) room. immaculate bathroom with soaps provided. Breakfast was decent, generous provisions. Great staff!

With two people traveling, a second luggage rack would be helpful. A guide to the facilities (map with location of amenities) would be helpful to have at the desk in the room.

When we arrived, we could not check in because the computer systems were down and we had traveled four hours away from San Bernardino and we’re very tired we had to leave and try and find another hotel and the other La Quinta and was having the same problem so we ate and then we left our number in the front desk, called us when your system went back up other than that we had a great time

We didn’t have breakfast. The room was nice and clean. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable and so was the linen. Staff was nice and friendly. The receptionist was kind and smiled.

The night time desk clerk was talking pictures of my car while my daughter and I were in it and it made me very uncomfortable. I didn’t feel the safest

The breakfast was as basic as you can possibly get.

The rooms are small, and the bathroom was basic. Don't expect much it was a room and bed to sleep for the night with a bathroom.

It was an excellent experience. The room was clean and we just loved our stay. It was quite a surprise. I would stay here again for sure. It’s close to all places we wanted to be.

Hairs found on the bed, room was next to the ice machine and could hear ice dispensing loudly, I was on ground level and my window was facing the parking lot to where if I opened the curtains everyone walking in would be able to see me.
