Beautiful property in a great location

This was a beautiful property with a Mediterranean feel. The common areas were very well maintained, with a very pretty pool area. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk to the main street. Comfortable beds, good size rooms. From some of the reviews I was worried about noise but our room was very quiet (Building C). There was plenty of free parking and a continental breakfast

The rooms could use updating but they were perfectly adequate. Note that if you want daily housekeeping, you need to request it at check in

Beautiful buildings. Close to the main restaurants and attractions.

The back of the hotel where our room was is facing bars and night clubs including their parking lots. They are extremely loud until after 2 am both with people yelling, music playing, and cars revving their engines.

Location was excellent, central to main downtown area. Included breakfast was excellent, comfortable bed, coffee machine, fridge and iron.

We were put in a room right opposite 2 bars - one of which blasted music until 2AM !!!

Decent breakfast.

Next to bars and nightlife. Our kids or us couldn’t sleep until 2am. And after the clubs closed, people were revving the engines. Rooms has zero soundproofing.

The place was great. Flooring was a little off, but other than that it was a great stay.

There should be a filtering of the reviews of this property. There was one guest who made me feel like I made a terrible decision with booking at this property, also reading that they may charge $500 for a deposit/ damage fee was a little unsettling. I almost cancelled my reservation and just paid the $269 for one night. Also the $15 microwave rental fee was bazaar and new to me. I’ve never been charged to have a microwave in the unit. So yea, don’t always consider other people’s reviews or opinions. Because other than the flooring, everything was great!

A nice desert oasis in the middle of downtown Palm Springs.

We loved everything. My wife and I were very impressed with the hotel. The location in the center of downtown and within walking distance of many downtown places. We signed up for the rewards program after staying here. The pool is amazing!

Great location from all the bars and the poolside gazebo with drinks and food was perfect.

If you don't pack some ear plugs, you will hear the music from the bars. Luckily, I had some handy but overall no other complaints.

Nice hotel staff, poor reception for internet. Which could be an ongoing problem since there are mountains nearby.

The property was very nice, clean, and friendly staff. Nice breakfast and gym area.

Even though we were given WiFi access, it wasn’t working the whole time, well about 80% of time it was buffering. Not sure the reasons for this. It was inconvenient especially when contacting friends and family. Television internet was acting up as well.
