Great weekend stay

Very beautiful, especially the pool area and the view from the pool area. Right next to great breakfast (Cheeky’s) and easy to walk down the main road for restaurants and shops. Really comfortable bed. Great water pressure in shower. Convenient free morning coffee.

Lovely hotel

We felt warmly welcomed, and loved the location. The room and facilities were comfortable and clean. The resort is full of nice touches that made the experience memorable and we are already looking forward to coming back again.

I love that this hotel is hetero-friendly, I just wish those guests wouldn’t flaunt their lifestyle choices in communal areas such as the pool. It’s disgusting to watch heteros make out in the pool, go take that to your rooms. I also feel bad for the one lady who found out that there is a dye in the pool that is activated by urine. She got embarrassed but learned the life lesson - Don’t Pee in the Pool!!

Love this place, will be returning !

Everything about this place is amazing, I never thought of traveling to Palm Springs, but because of this stay! I will be returning just for this experience again! TJ TJ TJ!!! was amazing, I checked in alone pretty late and he gave me a quick tour upon arrival, showed so much hospitality and gave me everything I needed. He even checked on me, and provided me with local spots to visit is I was to use the complimentary bikes you get it with your stay! The room is all white, and it so pretty, modern and clean. The shower was amazing, the water does get pretty hot, so don't turn it up all the way and also open a window or door if you can considering it can get steamy! Bed was so comfortable and the fireplace in the room was the cherry on TOP! The views of the mountains every time you open your door was stunning. 10/10 recommend this place, and TJ deserves his flower for how he treats his guest!

Not a lot of street lights in Palm Springs so be careful if you are walking at night, however everything was great.

The pool and cleanliness were off the charts. The rooms were clean and the white is very aesthetically pleasing. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the toiletries.

The water didn’t get hot in the shower. It got warm at best but not hot. Also, it would be great to reach out to the guests to ask what temperature they would like the AC when arriving. It took awhile for the room to cool down but it was an exceptionally hot day.

I would love to have stayed longer and enjoy this elegant spot

I thought the breakfast room was exceptional. I only wish it was open earlier, 6 AM would be great. Waiting so long for coffee was difficult. We enjoyed our gorgeous view and comfortable bed, robes towels and linens were clean and almost luxurious. The bathroom lighting and closet were very nice. We very much enjoyed the pool and spa, nonslip stairs and quiet environment. It felt very safe and very elegant. All of the staff was friendly and professional at all times!

I did not love the shower design, as Water went everywhere. The industrial carpet in our room 37 could use an upgrade. We would love the option to have in room coffee, waiting for 730am was hard. It was late in the evening for our swim and the Pepper tree(hotel namesake) shed quite a bit into the spa. It did not deter us at all. I would recommend to the property not to accept pets at all. They really don't belong in a place like this. That said, I am a lifelong pet care professional.

Breathtaking Stay in Palm Springs!

My room was absolutely beautiful, with exposed beams on the ceiling and a ceiling fan, which is a luxury! The bathroom was very modern and pretty. The bed was super comfortable and there was an absolutely ludicrous quantity of the BEST pillows! Very, very clean, very quiet, lovely pool and patio areas, the flowers and plants were amazing, and being next door to Cheeky's was just icing on the cake.

My AC unit made a funny noise when it came on. I was completely able to ignore it, but someone else might be bothered by it.

Great location - all of the best stuff to do in downtown Palm Springs is walkable. Nice pool with plenty of seating and great spaces to relax. Very friendly staff. Cute property with dedicate parking. Good wifi.

The room was basic, all white everything. Biggest complaints were that the room is “hard” - white laminate floors, white walls, only one hard chair to sit in, a couple of white wood end tables, nothing soft to deaden noise so everything is loud, including the old school AC unit and/or TV if you want to watch it. The rooms are all the same so the neighbors upstairs and next door could be heard easily. Also, the pillows were way too soft.

The hotel was cute and the pool was really nice. I think the location was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little noisy. The air-conditioning came on every 7 minutes and because we were by the pool gate, it was a little noisy. People had to walk by our room to get around to theirs.

Excellent location and pretty grounds

The location of Alcazar can't be beat. Easy walking distance to the downtown of Palm Springs, and next door to Cheeky's and Birba. The pool area and grounds are well kept and lovely. The room is large and the bed comfortable. We enjoyed our time here. Staff is nice, helpful and friendly.

The room is a bit stark with mostly all white walls and floors, and since the windows are under the overhang, it's a bit dark as well, unless you are able to score one with windows on the back wall.

It would be nice to be able to get coffee at 7am or before. Some of us rise early. The first day we were there we were told that coffee would be ready at 7; but the next two days it was not.
