    Clean facilities, friendly staff. WE didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked very clean

    The location of the resort is very good, within 5-10 minutes of airport and downtown Palm Spring. We reached there at middle of the night and envelop was ready in lock box with all the instructions to my unit. After a day the hot water boiler broke, but the front desk staff was so helpful, since we do not want to move to other unit they gave us access to vacant unit to take hot shower. Excellent customer service.
