The resort was absolutely beautiful, we had a balcony overlooking Palm Canyon rd, could barley hear the traffic, the Spa was top notch. Would recommend to anyone.

The sauna, and everything is really clean and nice

Lovely enclosed property. Great staff. Boutique feel. My only “complaint” is noise. We could hear neighbors through the walls. Also the location is smack dab in the middle of downtown. So if you’re seeking quietude, this might not be your place.
Summary: Welcoming, helpful staff. Quaint pool and upper lounge area. Not quite a “resort experience,” but definitely worth the price of admission.
Noise.

The room was nice, well appointed for my stay. I especially appreciated the location, very central to the Pride festivities! The staff was extremely friendly. Having icy lemon water available was a welcome surprise during a record breaking warm week. I would definitely consider staying again when I return in the future!
The pillow top bed was pretty well worn. I did mention it to the front desk when I checked out. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name, but the desk clerk was very gracious, apologetic and said she would have the maintenance staff check into it.

Great location and good sized rooms
Room was over stores so it was pretty loud and couldn’t leave window open because they use patchouli and it’s a strong smell.

Really cool vibe in general with the staff and fellow guests. The rooms are always clean and neat. I really like that the rooms are kinda individual and styled to be different.

The hotel has just a small number of rooms which gives guests a relaxing feeling, especially around the pool area where loungers were always available.
Location is excellent, the suite has plenty of space and is relaxing. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have both a bath and shower.
Staff were only too happy to assist with any queries
The Wifi was quite patchy in our room 104, I had to go to reception to obtain a good signal

The from desk receptionist was able to switch our room to the first floor rather easily, which I thought was very great.
The bagels are good but breakfast can be improved. Adding eggs and bacon 🥓 to the menu would be nice!

Location
Food service and bar next to pool
For the price the room lacked several amenities. It needs a floor length mirror, a towel hook in the primary bathroom, a desk with plugs and USB ports in the living room for business travelers to use laptops and cell phones

Our fourth time going and it’s always the nicest hotel we stayed at Palmsprings
The mattress we’re a little bit old. I think my husband and I slept a little bit uncomfortable due to the fact that the mattress was a little hard and and nested.

We loved this place! The pool was the perfect temperature for us even on a hot day. They offer complimentary champagne flutes which you can enjoy by the pool. Such a great welcome on a hot day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a lounge area with fruit, biscotti, coffee/tea and candy bar that you can access at any time! The pool is open 24 hour which is nice. Also, adults only in this hotel! Great getaway spot! We will definitely be back.

Atmosphere not like a standart hotel, rather feeling like a guest of someone who is local here. Hospitality of the personel.
Unlucky we stayed the day before closing the hotel for cleaning. That resulted that we have just lunch boxes instead of expected breakfast. I don’t like the toilet paper and my towels to be like origami and don’t like lots of useless decorations like additional decorative pillows as there’s not so much place to put it all out when sleeping.

Loved the pool area with bar. The location in downtown Palm Springs was great. The room was cute and clean.
We kept hearing equipment running somewhere close to the room which woke us up a couple of times. We also had what smelled like fumes or exhaust in the room a couple of times the first night. The temperature in the room was difficult to moderate.

The hotel itself has a lovely pool, hot tube, and fireplace. The common facilities are great.
The room is really cramped and poorly ventilated. For the price point, it was quite disappointing.

It's a hotel built in 1935 with 25 rooms. The location is amazing with walking to downtown Palm springs. The room was very nice and the pool and grounds were small but cozy. A very relaxing and chill Palm Springs - if you're looking for something different than this isn't for you.
The pool area is nice - but I can imagine in the summer that there are not enough seats for all the guests at the hotel. Not sure there is a fix for this unfortunately.

close in proximity to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Friendly staff, quaint boutique hotel, lovely amenities.
loved it all!

Location, staff, cleanliness, amenities, and the style.
They advertised a poolside bar and grill. it was open a total of 3 hours on the 3 days we were there. We couldn’t even get our complementary glasses of champagne because no one else that worked there has a servers license.

A real continental breakfast instead of a breakfast bag would bring this place to the next level. We were stoked on the 24-hr pool and jacuzzi! We got the only standard room with a jacuzzi tub to fit two, which was also really really nice. The tub was huge. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. They had relaxing alarm with different modes which was a plus. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. For breakfast they said they had eggs and stuff but didn’t see any on site. But nonetheless they did have hot coffee and a candy bar. Also the staff was very friendly which I really do appreciate. Overall was very nice would stay again.
The down side would be they don’t have any trash cans in the room so you kinda have to place your trash aside. Also the fridge was a mini fridge couldn’t really hold much. They also didn’t mention about the deposit I thought everything was paid for. The other downside is they did have a list of food choices and things to do but they were quite expensive to say the least.

I loved this hotel! Comfortable, well appointed rooms, stylish decorations, quiet. The radio was even set to a ocean sound setting when I entered the room. It was a spa like atmosphere. The outdoor pool and whirlpool were great. There was also a public sauna. They had a small public snack area with hot chocolate, coffee and biscotti. Self serve lemon water by the pool which just happened to be near my room (110). Staff were friendly and helpful. I was given an information sheet upon arrival. Last but not least it was a block’s walk from the central downtown shopping strip and awesome restaurants. For the money I paid, totally worth it and more.
Not much. I think my overhead room light didn’t work for about a day but then came back on. No problem, there were lamps too.
