This could be a fantastic property if some caring went into updating the rooms.

Location within Palm Springs is great. Night supervisor Ruby was fantastic.

They took a cool midcentury modern apartment building and put on a coat of paint, but didn’t address major issues: Cracked linoleum, crumbling caulking. The nightstands didn’t stand up to water glasses so the veneer is popping up. The first room smelled like pink cleaning solution so I asked to move rooms and it was slightly less noticeable.

Room service was not good. Didn’t replace used coffee and cream or pool towels. Bathroom has no vent and window too dirty to open. Very old and remodels are very low quality.

The place had potential but needs updating badly.

I liked the mid century architecture, room decorations. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

It was inconvenient having to cross the street to check in or get any needs met. I did not like the screw out windows that would not lock or work efficiently. The baseboards in the bathroom were falling apart and missing in areas. It would not take much effort to fix that but as others had mentioned it seems that they have never been fixed or updated. With a little effort the place could be charming. As it is now rent should be less than $200 but it is over $300/night.

The staff, facilities and location were amazing. Everyone was very courteous.

The floors needed to be cleaned better. Booking.com was an issue and we are still trying to get the refund for the other room, which is not a Three Fifty Hotel issue.

The worse dump I have ever stayed at in the last 55 years.

The floors were extremely dirty, No toilet paper, no paper products, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, etc. The bed made load noises every time you turned over, which was a lot, due to the bed being uncomfortable. this would wake up my wife all night long. This property was remodeled many years ago and needs another remodel. The floors were poorly installed and missing baseboards. It looked like this room had not been cleaned in the last month. This property is under new management that is not correcting any of the problems. Also, we were told that breakfast was at 7:00 am, but was ready and we had to go out for breakfast.

The pool area appeared to be nice, but we didn't really look very close. We moved to another hotel.

Be patient and go to the Azucar restaurant in the a Serena Vil to check in if you arrive after 10pm.

Location is excellent, within easy walking distance to downtown. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy with quiet air conditioning.

The checkin process didn't work out well for me. You had to checkin at another hotel across the street after 10pm. I arrived at 10pm and the 350 hotel staff weren't available so I proceeded to checkin across the street at the Serena Villa Hotel. I went to three entrances before I found the unlocked main entrance. I was tired from a long day of flying so I was frustrated with this checkin process. The website didn't inform me of the process and I didn't expect it to cause me frustration.

Not worth the money.

The location is great ! It's walkable to everything in downtown Palm Spring. Our room was clean and decent size , we like the kitchenette in the rooms with a fridge microwave,plates.

The property shows significant wear, especially around the pool area, which has a dated vibe. Of the five pool umbrellas, only three worked, leaving some guests without shade. The pool water was not cleaned during our entire stay, prompting a guest to use a skimmer net to remove debris. Additionally, used pool towels piled up and weren’t collected until late the next morning, leaving us disappointed and unlikely to return

Two night stay, left after one night! Yikes!!

Beyond disgusting. Run down would be an understatement. Stains toilet seat & sink, broken and mostly missing grout between tile on bathroom floor, inoperable handles in bathroom sink, no shower curtain. Medical tape along bascove. Super gross

Staff unhelpful, no one to check in must go to another property to check in…everyone I felt with except the cleaning gal(lovely) were unhappy and felt unwelcoming. Actual eye rolling from staff. Also lots of hammering in suite next to us.

We’ve been staying here for years and we love it! The location is perfect

The room needs to be updated! The shower curtain was moldy and there was a streak of blood on the pillow case.. it’s definitely not cheap to stay here. It’s not the most expensive either so it was disappointing. The construction next door was horrible too but that’s not their fault.

Curtains do not fully cover windows on first floor. Noisy neighborhood-fireworks or gunshots behind property. Had to walk to a different place across the street to check in.

Perfect location, great price, walking distance to everything downtown!

The staffs customer service was exceptional. We had a few concerns with our room, and they were very quick to offer us a solution. They are very personable and on top of everything. I like how there’s only a small amount of rooms. It was peaceful, and within walking distance to everything downtown. I definitely recommend and will be coming back in the future!

The room was quiet.

Breakfast was the absolute minimum -- a bowl of apples and oranges, a jar of granola, a half dozen yogurts in a pool of icy water, coffee from a carafe. The yogurt had separated, suggesting it was not fresh.

it’s beautiful and the location is perfect!

the only issue we had was we rented the suite.. it has a separate bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette. a mini fridge, microwave and dishes.. but NO sink! so we had to wash and rinse everything in the bathroom. we just found it super odd!

Not safe! the front door of my room was open when I arrived at 8pm, the courtyard facing window did not lock (broken), the window blinds were broken and missing slots. the front desk staff moved me to a new room the next day, but were not sympathetic to the security issue and me being scared for my safety. made it feel like I was bothering/inconveniencing them by asking to change rooms shower head made for someone under 5’ tall rusty base boards

I love this place. I’ve stayed a number of times. It’s very comfortable. The location is perfect. They have a nice simple morning breakfast. The staff are accommodating and kind. I have absolutely zero complaints. Ons of my favorite places to stay especially for the price.
