I was just stating one night to visit my son
It was clean
The front desk employee caused a major inconvenience by not informing me that I left my license at check-in. I searched for a week before calling the hotel and learning they had it the entire time. There was no apology, and I had to drive from Rantoul, IL to Portage, IN to retrieve it.

Amazing,clean , comfy
Love the location, I love the pool , room was amazing and most of all I love the times for everything .. check out is at noon, which is amazing and the pool opens up at 6 AM and the pool closes at 10 PM. Breakfast is until 10:30 AM. How could you go wrong …

Repeat stay, room was better the first time around
We have been to this facility before and came back because it worked so well for our young family with kids who love the pool area.beds were also very comfortable!
Sadly, this time our room was not horribly clean. Black mold on the bathroom wall, trash that my toddlers found under the furniture and beds. Lots of chipped paint.

The room was a bit run down. The chair had stains on it and was not clean. The couch had cigarette burns on the arm. Bedding had stains on the sheets. This was totally disappointing..
