Double charges

Pool was closed and staff was not helpful. The mirrors were dirty and water was cold.

Room was filthy and still had trash from previous guests. A/C was awful. Nobody at service desk when needed. Would not recommend. Much nicer hotels in the area for this price point.

The location. The breakfast was delicious.

The pool was coldest out of the other hotels. Plus the hot tub was out of order.

Possibility of not having a room even though we were already charged on our credit card for it. They over booked then first room given was not clean.

WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in! There was no A/C in the main part of the building. The halls were stifling. Elevator was filthy and broke the day before we came. Halls were dirty. Our room had standing water in the carpet between the bed and the window. Not damp, but squishy wet! They did not put us in another room when we asked. The room had a funky smell. The pull out couch had no sheets in the room. We had to go to the front desk late to get some. We have allergies and with standing water in the room, I’m sure it was full of mold! The breakfast was terrible! Very few options and they ran out of food by 7:30am! we choose hotels that have breakfasts so it was disappointing to say the least that some of our family didn’t even get it!! Also the front desk staff was not around much to help ppl. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a dump and I can’t believe we paid as much as we did.

Easy to find your way around, beautiful pool, great lobby and eating area.

Stayed for 3 nights and not one time did a person make up the beds, provide clean towels or toilet paper. Room was not cleaned each day. Ice machine on 4th floor was not working, inches of water all over the floor. No safe in the room to lock up belongings. Fridge did not work.

This hotel is not worth the money, no shampoo in the entire hotel, TV remote didn’t work so I couldn’t turn my TV off all night, one of the two beds was dirty so my kids had to sleep in my bed, the shower temperature was boiling hot- couldn’t adjust to cold. overall awful experience

location was convenient off highway and close to Indiana Dunes.

They didn’t clean our room one time and blamed covid. We were there Thursday through Sunday. Staff wasn’t available at front desk. at one point, I went down for towels and the male desk person was outside, making out with some woman. Every time we returned from the beach or our day, our key didn’t work and we had to go back down and wait to get a new one. Either because there was no staff or one person and others were checking in.

Beds and pillows were dirty and smelled bad.
