Breakfast was good just missing orange juice

Missing hot tub in description it used to be next to pool last time I stayed there 5 years ago and entrance in back was kind of trashy with nasty webs in trees and trash on ground however it was in back of building by Dennys dumpster so somewhat understandable

John at the Front Desk is friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had some condition issues. The toilet seat was loose. The shower was good but looked bad (the finish was coming off the walls).

poor security-outside door did not lock at all and remained open for easy entry by anyone.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. It should be shut down.

Mold all over the shower Dirty bathroom with no toilet paper holder.....just a 1/2 used roll of paper sitting on top of the sink counter. Only one outlet - overloaded with TV, microwave, and fridge. Cable TV cable and plug just hanging from the ceiling Carpet was so disgusting and stained it was concerning to take our shoes off. The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The parking lot, grassy areas, and lobby area were disgusting and dirty - trash all over the parking lot. Internet password was not correct, lobby attendant was rude and did not give me a correct one.

Food was nasty and little selection. It was very dirty. Had dirty chairs in staircase and every hallway was dirty. Smelled bad

The carpet was not vacuumed from the previous guests as there were leaves and small pebbles on the carpet along with multiple stains. The bed sheet had some stains on them that did not look appealing. There was black mold on the bathroom wall above the door. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was an odor in the room that did not go away.

Leak from upstairs into the bathroom. Trash in hallways, stunk like smoke and other. Easy to get lost inside hotel. More of a live-in facility. I will not be choosing this location again.

Hallways smelled like pot. Pool sign out front said pool open but it was close. Breakfast area needs to be adjusted, too many tables by the food area. Food not marked clearly. Fridge was in desperate need of a defrosting. Food needed replenished quicker based on attendance.

The beds were nice. That’s it. Nothing else was good what so ever.

The rooms were dirty, the ice was dirty, someone smoking weed stunk the hall way up bad, the side door doesn’t latch so very unsafe. The breakfast was a joke.

And as far as the lights in the room they are all motion activated so anytime you would move I even got up in the middle of night to go to the restroom and the lights all pop on because they are motion detected so annoying... And this morning it said that I could check out online and it asked what time I would be leaving that was at 8:00 this morning and I chose my check out time as 11:00 a.m. when we have to be out anyways and somebody tried to get in my room not even 15 minutes later to clean it... So I called the front desk saying that we would be checking out at 11:00 a.m. and she said no you don't get to choose your time when you check out it it says that you left so someone was going to come clean the room absolutely not I chose 11:00 and that's when I was leaving.. The desk attendant was very rude and abrupt and not nice at all so we gathered up our things and ended up leaving by 9:30 this morning...

Smelly, location isn’t good, it’s in the corner and noisy. Bathtub wasn’t clean and it had a drainage problem. There were no shampoos in the bath. Sheets smell bad. There are a lot of people who slept on their cars in the parking lot. It was scary, especially if you travel with family.

The whole place was hot and smelly. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. Even the mattress. The rig was wet. Tue bathroom fan didn't work. There was one little soap in the room.

Place worked great for what we needed when going to Indiana dunes beach. 3 miles away.

Loud music all night on the first night but not the hotel’s fault

My family and I were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and clean the room was, breakfast was totally adequate and pool was very fun!

The one bad thing was that the pool didn't open until 10 am so we only got to use it for the evening before we left.

Very dirty! Smelled throughout the whole place! An old dirty mattress was in one of the halls a bag of trash was laying on the floor next to the garbage in the hall. Got into the room the chair was covered in horrible nasty stains, the carpet had huge stains next to the bed, and there was still pieces of food on the floor

The place is old and run down. Smells like an old motel.

Not what was advertised. The building is not smoke free. Halls drakes of smoke. Furniture was dirty. Room stank. Slept in one of our blankets on top of bed. Ran out as fast as we could in the early morning

The receptionist was great.

The rooms had some kind of mold in the shower and ceiling. The chairs were dirty and ripped. The hallway smells like cigarette and Marijuana and this made the room smell. The breakfast was good but the staff that was looking after it was rude and not pleasant to be around with.
