The room wasn't nice at all; it wasn't even swept, let alone cleaned. I had to go out and purchase my own cleaning supplies and scrubbed the shower myself! I also installed a new showerhead (but, installed the old one before I checked out). Housekeeping never serviced my room the week I was there. If they did, they didn't empty the garbage, change the linen, sweep the floor, nor did anything else. The door frame and striker plate where the door latches, was so loose, the deadbolt wouldn't engage. I complained to the front desk because this is a safety issue, especially for women, but nothing was done about it, at least not while I was there. The full size fridge was good-to-go, but there were no cookware. Can't charge more for a room with a kitchenette, but can't cook in it! The AC was cold for sure, but so loud that I either had to turn up the volume on the tv or shut off the AC. This is yet another example of a hotel that doesn't even do the minimum required of what it takes to operates and maintain a hotel. Same type of management as other low-budge hotels in the area.

The price I paid through Agoda was decent enough and the room was pretty good. However, the shower was abysmal and I had to go out and buy cleaning products to clean the bathroom. The door to the room had a jamb broken off where it looked like someone kicked in the door and it wasn’t repaired properly. The striker plate (that actually keeps the door locked) was very loose. This room should not have been rented out to anyone. I told the front desk guy, but he didn’t care enough to even come take a look. The AC worked great, but it was loud and you have to turn up the volume on the TV (which didn’t even have a “Guide” channel, so you had to memorize channels and there weren’t any movie channels, so Fire Stick to the rescue). Housekeeping actually refolded one of the used towels I had and put it back!!! Also, when I checked in, the towels in the room were badly stained. They looked like they were washed and all, but the stains were appalling! No hotel should serve these towels to their guests!! I went to Walmart and purchased my own towels. The refrigerator was probably the best thing about the room and all the lights (including the bed’s headboard lights) worked. The fridge was an apartment-sized model and was actually clean. The microwave was another story. The kitchenette had no cookware nor dishes and silverware. Oh, there was lots of parking, so you’d be able to see your vehicle. As with so many so-called ‘budget hotels’, this one needs repair and proper servicing. I’d go back if the price I paid were offered, I’d simply bring cleaning supplies and my own towels.
