Many things. The hot and cold were opposite. Blood on wall in room. Walls flithy. Door was shimmed with cardboard and did not latch when shut. Many more.

I booked this hotel for a 3 night stay. First impression is everything and it was not good. My room coming up to it looked like someone tried to brake in with missing pieces of the wall. I get inside and everything looks ok but then it's a giant markings on one of the windows. I constantly kept calling the front desk the more I examined the room. Pillows cases and sheets dirty, broken chair, cobwebs everywhere, and I was missing a mini fridge it was just an empty space. After a while they finally got things right and brought in a fridge and new chair. Come to find out the fridge was not keeping anything cold till the next day and they had to bring it a mechanic to fix it. Mind you this is all happening while showering, and going to events. So I had to give them access to my room often. The walls a thin, in the beginning I thought someone got into my room but it was the nearby rooms. I asked to be switched to a different room and couldn't. I asked for some money off my room due to the never ending issues. Was told they would get back to me and never did I had to ask during checkout and they declined any money back. I've stayed in motels better kept than this place. I would have cancelled in the beginning but I did it through a third party and everything was booked up. Overall I made the best of it but I'd never stay there again especially for what I paid.

It was a place to sleep but floor was damp, window had bullet holes, very hard to find hotel. Took them 15 minutes to look up my reservation as they had to look on 3 or more computers due to the property having more than 1 name.

We could not stay in the room the shower was dirty. The bed cover was dirty. The hotel smelled strongly of must.

The first room assigned was dirty, the bed was not made, wet dirty towels in the bathroom, and cigarette smoke. Gave me a new room: really hot in the room; the AC took forever to cool it down; plenty of dust in the drawers as if they'd never been cleaned. rusty fixtures in the restroom. Old and almost falling apart enclosure for the shower, and the shower stall looked like an old used repurposed stall. Overall dirty and old. Cigarette smoke right outside the building; and many shady guests coming in and out of some units. Some waiting in tinted window cars outside the building.

Was woke up in the morning at like 3 in the morning to people screaming and fight kids cry till the cops showed up. Our window was broken half of the channels didn't have volume.

The room itself was acceptable, but there was a lot of trash in the parking lot which was gross. It took forever for the water to get warm. There were people sitting outside on the sidewalk smoking every time I went outside. I’m pretty sure the owners were in the process of renovating the entire place, but it was not exactly a pleasant experience staying there while they are in the process.

Things were falling apart, shower looked sketchy, it smelt like weed because of a guest outside our room, got unlucky with loud people above us, toilet seat was wet when we arrived, fridge was dirty, and hole in wall behind bed. Workers were nice and the bed was very comfy though so its ok.

Honestly I read some of the reviews after I booked my stay here and I was getting nervous! I read reviews that there were no sheets on the beds so I actually went and bought a set of sheets. I read that the people at the front desk were rude. I read that people had issues getting their deposit money back. I was seriously worried and it was all for nothing! I had an AMAZING experience here and I’m already planning my next trip back to the same property with my daughter. I beds were clean WITH sheets. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and was definitely fun watching then celebrate 4th of July! And I had not a single issue with getting the SMALL deposit back. My room looked like it had been newly renovated with new sink and shower. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I will be coming back soon!

There appeared to be a number of people living at the hotel that were rather unsavory. We had a leak in our room that caused us to be moved to another unit. There was not an adequate apology or anything. The first night the pillow cases did not appear clean we asked for more and did not receive them until the next day after 2pm after being told numerous times we would get them. There were construction supplies in the hallways, there was overflowing garbage, there was a lamp plugged in the second floor stairway for lighting. There were not any do not disturb signs to be put on the door that resulted in staff coming in even when I asked repeatedly for them not too. It was not a pleasant visit. The do not provide coffee or any other convenience you would expect from this brand of hotels.

Potty wasn't cleaned, shower door doesn't close, AC leaked water and made my bag wet. when i have reviewed these with manager they said sorry and nothing can be done. not worth staying here

There were no other guests. I expressed my concerns and was told they were currently remodeling. When I checked the room, it was not even functional. The entire building smell of marijuana even though there were no smoking signs posted everywhere. There seemed to be a block party going on in the parking lot where at least two people were openly caring weapons. I quickly put everything back in my car, demanded a refund and left

The room/bathroom was a mess and smelled like weed throughout the building. The bedsheets might of had bugs because i started feeling itchy being on it for 5 minutes. Spent 20 minutes in the room and walkout to get a refund

It was horrible. The beds were so uncomfortable w NO sheets just a thin overlay. If I wanted to watch tv I had to unplug either the microwave or the bug infested fridge. AND they are in the middle of some sort of remodel & it was so freaking loud and the workers yelled back and forth. I told them I worked 13 hr nights when I made the reservation & they put me in a corner room where work was being completed all around me. It stunk, I was cold and just overall miserable and still have gotten any money or my deposit back. Will not recommend.

I get the worst experience on the hotel. When I check in the girl of the reception told me about a deposit for $50 on my card, but is only a deposit, when you leave, you will get the money back; I said ok (that’s in all hotels). But at the next day when I went to check out, I leave the keys on the front desk and was two persons, and I asked, that’s it? I need to sign something? And both said no that’s all. Well ok, I leave but the same day at the afternoon I just check it out if I get the deposit back, but no; so I call the hotel and said, I don’t received the deposit back, they told me you need back to get it, what? That’s is not right, the people is passing by the place, nobody came back for the deposit, the good thing is, I was very close but I can’t go there, so they told me call tomorrow after 9 am, I called and the same, call after 3 pm, so someone called me and told me if you don’t get the deposit back when you check out, we can’t do nothing; so a few hours later I went to the hotel to get my deposit back. And after 20 minutes “supposed” they give me y tú he money back in my card, but will be available in 5 business days. Wth!? That’s not right! What about the people that don’t check if they give the deposit back? They loose 50 dollars more. Please don’t stay at that place. (I’ll be aware for get the money back in 5 business days)

I have checked two rooms and both had old dirty comforters without coverlet sheets under it. Front desk don’t have any clean sheets, beds and comforters are overdue for replacement, bathrooms not so clean and outside just littered with trash. Towels looked more like oil change rugs and lots of drug activities. Wouldn’t recommend nor stay again

Extremely disappointed the clerk didn't seem to understand English very well or how to run the computer I don't think I've ever been in a hotel or at 20 minutes just to check in despite having already made the reservation online via hotels.com. the room was dirty mattresses were shot and we can literally wipe dirt away from the base of the shower.

The hotel was very dirty, our shoes stuck to the floor in the bathroom! Pillows were absolutely flat. No security lock on door, carpet dirty, lampshades were soiled, broken, and rusted. Drawers on dresser were broken. We did not stay there, we checked out and went to another hotel. That place is not fit for human use!

I thought the room was a good value, but then we lost cable television when it rained. There was no ice machine available. The air conditioner worked very well. The door to the room did not have a night latch from inside. It was unclear how clean shower was so we skipped showers and got on the road. Front desk manager was very eficient.
