OYO Hotel Portage I-94

This property was absolutely disgusting. Thick dust everywhere and soon as you walk in you smell cigarettes. I liked nothing. No refunds either!

The place was like a 200 year old library that crack heads have been staying at.

Not much. I have no positives to say about it, other than the woman at the front desk was nice. I felt bad that we had to leave early because of her, I didn't want her to feel bad.

The room looked disgusting; it was obviously a repainted Super 8. The bathrooms were gross and the bed looked suspicious. For some reason our room was marked differently. The biggest issue though was being blind-sided by the pet policy that if your dog barked, you would be kicked out with no refund. Ultimately, that is why we left thirty minutes after arriving. All dogs bark occasionally, and the choice between being paranoid all night that our dog would bark once and ruining our night of sleep, or leaving and being able to find somewhere else to sleep where it didn't have such strict rules about pets meant that we chose the latter.

Customer service was great. Location was great and price was okay.

The refrigerator had rust on the bottom. The desk was scratched up along with the cabinet for the tv.

Every thing the linen and sheets were hair and dirty not very clean

The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in poor condition. We had to ask to be moved out of one of our rooms because the bathroom floor was caving in. They moved us but did not reimburse us for moving into a lesser value room. My daughter’s shower was very dirty. She killed a cockroach when she went to turn the heat up. There were not enough towels. The hotel smelled of drugs.

Lost cool points booking here, there’s a sign that says OYO coming soon so hopefully it gets fully remodeled whenever it does come cause this isn’t it. lobby smelled like cats. Was me, my friend and our kids. Originally was supposed to be in 202 it had stains on the carpets, and box spring looked like it had a blood stain on it, bathroom the tiles on the floor were dirty and coming up. So got moved to room 204 still had stained carpet and the bathroom tiles were dirty looking and so was the tub. And the window looked like someone tried to break in at one point in time Stains on the bedding. Breakfast options was cereal or Activia yogurt. It’s behind a bar which is fine but there’s no signs showing that it’s back there

Not busy, lots of parking space, decent room

Lack of signage, hotel shows “oyo hotel coming soon” so wasn’t sure if it was actually open at first
