We were visiting family and this was close to their home. We only stay at Hampton Inns. Always consistent. Clean, quiet, perfect for what we need.

Property manager must be ok, since staff was a plus; but renovation could be better managed.
Location was ok; breakfast was ok.
Stairway closed, necessitating either long walk or use of extremely slow elevator. Luggage carts were filthy.

Good location
We booked for 2 nights, and they only gave half a roll of toilet paper in the room. Only two towels, no conditioner, and the body soap was almost empty. The pool room needed a good clean, and the continental breakfast was less than expected.
