The pool was closed as we were not told until day of and to late to book at a place with a pool. It was the main reason for going . Unacceptable . Bed too soft

Loud kids running in the halls. The pool was down for maintenence. Whole reasons we booked a hotel was to swim. Didn't even get any money off for that

The staff were very kind and friendly. The facility was clean and in a great location with proximity to most things in Erie. Breakfast was typical but clean and well done.

Quiet hours were not enforced and it was very noisy when trying to sleep. Lots of running around on the floor above

That there wasn't any muffins at breakfast for the last 2 days. My sink in my room 108 had a dark substance on the faucet where the water comes outta, noticed it in my clear water cup I then wiped the faucet off with the tissues it smeemed to be moldish. I'm speaking of the sink fixture where the water comes out. Maybe it's time to take them apart and clean the spickets? This piece of seemly soap was on my floor after coming back in from going outside. The dog poop stinks and yucky yellow snow. The iron wouldn't heat up to iron my coat wrinkles.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. A shout out to Brandi ( manager ), Ze and Sandy who were very kind and accommodating . The hotel very clean and new. I liked the bed pillows , very comfortable . Location is perfect as there are so many amenities !!! I would definitely stay here again

When we got in there were crumbs on the bed. We spoke to the staff, we were given another room and there were hairs on the bed

Beds were uncomfortable. The room was hot when the AC was done blowing no matter the temperature we set it at. The coffee machine in the room was horrible. Pretty sure the fan in the bathroom didn’t actually work cuz there was mildew on the ceiling from moisture.

Excellent, well-maintained motel in a convenient location.

Kristen, the front desk staff personnel, was exceptionally good. She was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent. Everyone loved the waffles wit blueberry or strawberry topping.

The fire alarm panel was in trouble mode our entire stay. I'm a retired fire safety inspector and this was a little disconcerting. Without inspecting the panel thoroughly, I felt this could have been a volatile situation.

Nothing the staff and manager where very nasty not pleasant was very disrespectful and I had my niece there only turning 15 and the professional was not there from any of the staff talking about from management down SUCk I will never come back there again

Getting Reid of the whole staff very unprofessional no go customer service at ALL I call about they took $5,00 dollar off my credit card for parking and not once when I arrived they mention anything about a parking fee not one time the 4 days I been there anyone said there a parking fee……. I would never recommend thus place to any my family or friends bad business there

Location was perfect for the reasons we were in Erie. Close to friends house near Millcreek Mall and Firebird's where we were meeting one night for dinner..

Having to pay for parking in the hotels own lot. Ridiculous! especially with all the Millcreek Mall parking surrounding us. Will watch for that in my future bookings.

Didn't have breakfast as was no for testing location was convenient

The front desk man was very grumpy, it was a room with a bed and that's all_no chair to sit in except small desk chai, not much offered in tv, we left for dinner and when we came back there was no one at front desk and front doors were locked, we banged on door but finally (in 15 degree weather) searched and found a side door that opened with our key card, never did see the night guy at all
