We were the only people checking in at that time. Had to wait 5 minutes for a receptionist to finally come around from the back room. Very unpleasant. not greeting us at all. No welcome. just asked us for our name. We had reservation for 4 people... so you might have wanted to have towels for 4 people. No bedding for the sofa bed, no extra pillows. Had to make 2 trips down to front office to get everything we needed. We frequent the Erie area often but will never stay at this location again.

Checked in, dinner out, TV, got up, the breakfast was good except there were coughing children.

The place was clean and conveniently located for me. It was quiet.

Really no complaints. I arrived later in the day and left early in the morning. The TV did not have access to national broadcast TV. Fox news dominated the available news.

Our shower was dirty, hair and diet still on the bottom from the previous stay. We never got clean towels. We also never got any type of housekeeping, our trash was over flowing and I had to ask for toilet paper. Breakfast was nice but they had a hard time keeping it restocked.

Took a birthday trip for my sons 7th birthday

Nice rooms comfy beds, and nice outdoor patio area plus indoor pool. Coffee 24/7 as well

Our room the vanity sink was clogged as well as the kitchen area, the drain plunge was stuck and not attached from the bottom.

One night stay was good but cannot understand why you do not allow changes as others do.

First time at a suites hotel so a little confusing about what was where. VERY UNHAPPY BECAUSE I COULD NOT CHANGE A RESERVATION JUST TO MOVE ONE DAY EARLIER. WILL NOT RESERVE THERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THIS AND I PASS THROUGH ERIE EVERY YEAR. AM EXPRESSING MY DISPLEASURE TO FRIENDS.

We loved our stay at Springhill Suites; it was a comfortable, clean , friendly experience exceeding expectations.

The fitness center was well equipped with a variety of workout options. The pool was clean, warm and laid out perfectly. The sunning patio accessible from the pool area was a nice option. Breakfast options were plentiful and varied. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean and attractive and the staff friendly and helpful!

The wall paper in the bathroom was beginning to bubble and come apart at the seams. The bed nearest to the closet didn’t allow much of a pathway to walk between. The placement of the Televisions was odd. Perhaps a tv facing the sofa would be appropriate.

It was a wonderful family trip and I would definitely return to the hotel for another family trip

It was very family, friendly and comfortable. The staff was so kind and nice. Breakfast was excellent. The pool was nice.

The only thing I didn’t like there wasn’t enough information given about breakfast pool times and disinformation overall about the hotel maybe a book or something in the rooms or something with the staff in the front desk just letting people know what’s going on

Bed Bug evidence

Nothing at this place I liked that Front Desk moved us right away.

I didn't like that our reserved room was not cleaned the pillow cases where from the previous towels in the bathroom toilet and shower not cleaned in a trail of food as you entered the room the pull out couch we opened it it's full of food we get a new room we open the couch evidence of bed bugs we left.

Looks Can Be Deceiving

The front desk girl was very sweet. Pool was extremely clean. Rooms were newly renovated.

Front desk did not tell us about the addl charges being put on my card. First night got back to room pulled covers down to go to bed and sheets had blood stains. Front desk Mgr was unprofessional and rude. Check out is at noon and housekeeping was banging on our door at 10am asking when we were leaving. FDM was just like "oh wow" nothing else, no apology, nothing.
