Had a 2 bed suite bedroom was cold while the seating area was extremely hot couldn’t adjust temp. Bathroom sliding barn door way to lock the door way less than adequate No television in the seating area. Rug needed vacuumed better very stained The area where the refrigerator is located was very dirty needed a deep clean

I didn’t like the fact that I was charged for a king size suite which was 263 and I got a regular king size room , which the price was originally 161. I did like fact that the Customer Service host named Arun was very dismissive of my feelings about situation explaining how my reservation was on the defensive side and didn’t even let me explain what was happening he completely shut down and went to oh, you need to contact Booking.com in the process of me doing that I contacted Booking.com and the facility at the location. I explained the situation they came up with a solution to try to fix my problem I did not like the fact that the host. did not even want to make time to hear the conversation, even after I showed him the proof and the pictures of the reservation that I made and told him that I had talked to somebody personally at his facility about the upgrade for my room, the whole was that he was very dismissive on how to conduct and told me that there was no way for him to make accommodations for my reservation anything or any problems that I had with my reservation I had to deal with Booking.com, because I made it on Booking.com so it a booking.com problem. To resolve it. At this point, it was very unprofessional. He also explained to me if I had a problem and I did not want to stay there. He can issue me a full refund and I can go somewhere else.

It's a nice facility, good price and people friendly.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this location and each year (I come for a family reunion.) it's been under a different name. It's a good location, fair price, close to stores, gas station and restaurants. The air conditioner was quiet!

I noticed minor things that in my room (200). The baseboard is hanging off at the bathroom door, not a lot, but it's noticeable. I wish there was a channel guide for the TV. I wish the vending machines accepted credit cards. I wanted a soda at 2 in the morning and never carry cash. The vending machine only accepted paper money.

Mediocre at best

I like the room itself. The size was very good.

I didn't like that i fell in the hallway, due to a wet floor and no caution signs. I spilled hot coffee on my hands and tore open my knee and the staff seemed to not care. Breakfast was the same each day, and not too good.

Was a place to lay our head for a short night. Nothing to write home about.

Very close to I-90. Easy on and off. Beautiful foyer and easy check in. Desk staff very friendly and answered a phone call on the first ring.

The mattress had a broken spring on one side and poked during the night. My pet peeve- pink and black mold along the shower floor seams and the slider door base, dirty overflow hole in the sink. There was a mystery sticky clump of something on the floor that I stepped in before I turned the light on- disturbing.

Very Comfortable and Friendly

The beds were comfortable and smelled so good, the room was clean, and the shower was roomy and had great pressure. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Room wasn't vacuumed, nor did they remove a band aid from the shower which was from the previous guests. Shampoo was out as well as the body wash. Notified staff (gentleman) was told "sorry" and nothing else was done about it.

We had two rooms. Our toilet tank leaked, covering a corner of the bathroom with water. The other room had a loose water faucet which took two hands to turn on. The shower ceiling had a substantial patch of mold and the frame above the window was stained and moldy. The breakfast was not good. Bacon and hash browns were nearly raw.

The cleanliness wasn't very good and the mattress on pull out coach was all stained and dirty. We wouldn't put one of our children on that mattress with how gross it was.

Really nice place!

The room was good sized, with a king size bed in it, and the bathroom was very modern and very clean. I liked the shower a lot. The included breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, including scrambled eggs and sausages. The price was very good as well, and was an excellent place to stay for one night on our trip!

The only thing I could possibly complain about was that the bed was a bit firm.

The breakfast was terrible. Basically oatmeal and bagels. The sliced bread looked stale. Did t eat there. Went down the street to IHOP. water stains on drapes and around window area. Looked liked there was major water damage that wasn’t repaired.
