Stellar hotel in being safe, clean, descently priced with a wonderful staff

The welcoming staff, Ruth and PJ were more than accommodating in getting us a suite in a location we desired. The room was huge, clean and well appointed. Something perhaps small but meant a lot to us was there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. 9 times out of 10 we have to ask for an extra set but not here. Love the location, close to the I90 and great shopping.

It is very conveniently located near the highway and a lot of restaurants etc. As many people have mentioned, the breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

This is picky, but the fitness center wasn't great. The treadmill didn't work (or I couldn't make it work), the elliptical made a ton of noise and there weren't many different weights. I was still able to get in a workout, so not a huge deal.

Everything , pool was nice , location is great, breakfast was delicious hot fresh and many options. Beds were comfortable rooms clean. Nice shampoo conditioner and body wash provided

There were two sports tournament and they pretty much took over the whole lobby and were extremely loud and obnoxious as well as in the pool area. It would of been nice to be notified this was happening so we could’ve prepared or chose another hotel

Close to the highway, but you don’t hear any road noise in the room. Good breakfast and my kids loved the pancake machine. 24/7 coffee station was a big plus. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was a newly redeveloped hotel. What they had in place was very nice, but they really opened a week too early.

Lovely accommodation

Even though there were families around us (potentially noisy), we were pleased that the room was still quiet. We could hear children through the wall, but when it came to sleep, we did just fine.

I would like to see two adults like us put into a section of the hotel not surrounded by parents with small children. We have had children, so I know it's natural for them to be excited and happy. But as older, weary travelers, we would have liked peace and quiet sooner.

It was just okay.other than the bathroom being dirty which we asked staff to clean and they did it wasa decent stay

It was in a good location close to stores, restaurants and gas stations.

The pool was very merky looking. We didn’t swim because the water looked unclean. You could not see the bottom of the pool. When we checked into our room we wanted to shower after being st the lake. There was hair on the bathroom shower wall and a dirty wash rag hanging on the curtain rod. We also don’t prefer using the same soap, shampoo and conditioner as the last person.
