Great staff, rooms could use improvement

The woman working the front desk was extremely helpful and understanding.

The bathroom was tiny. The shower was slightly wider than my shoulders. The fixtures in the room were damaged. The room and building seem outdated.

All and all it was a very nice place and I will come again. The pricing was very nice as well.

The location was good close to everything I wanted to do. The breakfast i feel could have been better. The potatoes cooked more, and some sausage would have been perfect. There was no meat at all. Other than that it was very good.

It was so late when we arrived we didnt have but 15 minutes to sit in the hot tub. The hours should be extended. The beds weren't very comfortable my back did hurt when I woke up.

Pool and hot tub was nice. Breakfast was great especially the waffles.

Our first room had roaches. They said the next day they didn't find any other ones, but literally they hide when it's bright so of course you didn't!! The place is gonna be infested with roaches if it isn't already.......

It was not a great experience for are Anniversary Weekend.

The property was beautiful.

The bed was hard as a rock and we were unable to sleep. I went and asked if there was something they could give us to make it more comfortable and they told me know. So we had two more night to stay so we had to go out and spend $70 for a topper so we could get some sleep which we never should have had to do. We paid good money for a room it should have atleast been comfortable. Also I didn’t like the idea of having to go and get more towels and wash cloths each day because they told us they don’t clean the room until after day 3. I had to go get towels, toilet paper and Kleenex and each time the staff looked at me like I was asking for a lot.

Debra was amazing!! Saturday night she had her hands full with 3 birthday parties and tons of kids, especially a big group of teen age boys! She really kept them in line. There were zero issues with noise, which was unbelievable.

Incredible stay for 18th Birthday!

The front desk staff was amazing! They let us get early check in and were so kind! The room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, pillows good! Bathroom was clean and stocked with everything we need! The pool area was clean and so nice! We love the temperature of the pool and hot tub! Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was clean and comfortable! Check out was easy! Great great stay!

Wonderful stay for your money

Overall happy experience and great location. Stayed in a queen room two beds, which was spacious enough for family of three and comfortable with working AC, and clean. It also had a very good size pool and hot tub which my daughter who is 7 loved it. Travelled mid week in July. It was quiet and had a lovely breakfast arrangement and seating. Staff was kind

Perfect for a girls trip

Even though the hotel was at a busy section near the thruway it was a quiet room. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of despite the busy road.

I wish breakfast was served earlier on the weekend. I just say waiting around an hour for breakfast. The coffee was really weak as well.

We would stay here again mostly because of the location and the comfortable beds.

Clean, excellent location to attractions and a convenient store next door, beds very comfortable, nice indoor pool and hot tub.

Coffee wasn’t hot, the only staff member I found that was welcoming was a housekeeper, the breakfast options could be better.

We have been coming here for years, just the two of us and our entire family. It is quiet and kid friendly.

The hotel needs some good cleaning and maintenance work!! Our shower stall this time was so dirty around the door. The pool area needs to be cleaned including the pool!

Do not book here!

The only thing we liked about it was the location.

The kids running through the halls until 1am. The adults screaming at the kids in the hallway. Thought a fight was going to happen. The noise level was absolutely ridiculous the whole entire time we were there and we got no sleep. The breakfast was awful, the staff act as if they don’t care and even when we mentioned how people were screaming and kids running around the hotel until 1am they just said why didn’t anyone report it. Another family was behind us at the counter and even they said how terrible their experience was and the man at the desk literally acted as if we were wrong and were bothering him with this news. The people above us were allowing their kids to jump and run and bang until 12am and it all started back up at 6am! No staff attempted to stop the kids from running and screaming or check in when the adults started screaming. This was right at the top of the stairs on the 2nd floor. It was like a free for all! We paid over $200 bucks for a room to sleep in and didn’t even get to sleep!

If you want to get any sleep don’t stay here

We stayed overnight and so happy we didn’t stay the extra day. I have 3 kids myself and have stayed at many facilities with a lot of kids. It was so loud, until 1AM and started again at 5 AM. Stomping, running it was NON STOP!!! I felt like I was in a duplex with paper thin walls. We were on the second floor and sounded like elephants walking above us ALL night. If you want any kind of rest AVOID…

I was very satisfied with my stay, it exceeded my expectations and I will be staying in the future.

Didn't eat breakfast much. They had a nice selection, just wished they offered turkey products because I do not eat pork.
