I think it’s a stretch to call Toast to Toast a restaurant. There’s a very limited menu and we couldn’t even get a burger because they were out of them so we went to Cracker Barrel

It was a nice stay.

Great location, very easy to reach. The staff was friendly and helpful, we asked to change a room to have a quiet view and they kindly did it. The room was spacious enough and clean, very comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was really good.

Easy access from the highway, comfortable facility. I'd stay there again.

The whole place was spotless. I noticed the staff works very hard, doing multiple tasks. Both the breakfast and dinner (which was available for purchase)

Don't charge for breakfast. I saw a Maintenace person washing the floor in the main hall, dining area and front desk area in the morning when guests were getting breakfast or checking out.. For myself and other seniors, I was concerned and nervous about slipping and falling on the wet tile. That kind of job should be done late at night or very early in the morning. Finally, speaking strictly for myself, your room doors are the heaviest I have ever encountered. I need two hands to open them and my whole person to push or pull them open. I know it's a fire safety regulation but come on, there has to be some wiggle room.

My only complaint would be that the bathroom door was heavy and built so it wouldn’t stay open. I know that sounds strange, but the steam would be let out a little more quickly if the door remained open.

Rooms were clean. Pool was nice for kids. Felt safe during stay.

Be sure all information is given at time of check in. we were not given vouchers for breakfast, thinking it was a buffet we didn’t get breakfast the first morning as we thought we missed it. The second morning we checked for buffet again and saw nothing. I went to the desk because I noticed my booking included breakfast, the girl at the counter explained you need vouchers and we were not given them. The first day we left and had to pay for breakfast at IHOP because we were not given our vouchers. We really would have loved to have saved $70 and had breakfast that should have been included in our rooms.

Breakfast and location of building was the only positives.

I was not given the room that I booked and waited for over an hour after check-in to be given a room. I was supposed to have 2 beds in the room and was given 1 bed and a pullout couch. This left for a stressful stay!

I liked the convenience as it was located close to a lot of places. The staff was nice.

I had booked a queen bedroom. The beds were full. We ordered dinner at the hotel one night and the food was awful and pricey. 42 bucks for bland food.

Decent rate. Room was semi-clean. One staff member was unfriendly but the other two were very kind.

The staff who checked us in was a bit off-putting. They also stopped responding to the open text line in which I first asked to see if early check-in was available, then reached out to share that a piece of chewed gum was left on the laminated hotel info page in the room.

Good hotel but does need a few things looked at.

Spacious room

Bathroom was accessible which made the while bathroom soaking. The shower floor needs to be extended in order for the vinyl floor not to be soaked and smell. I wouldn't need an accessible shower in future but others would. There was no hot water because the hotel was absolutely packed. There were so many kids running about the halls and banging doors. The staff were nice but rarely had time to answer the phone. We did ask the bar staff a question but he wasn't all that interested in what we were asking. Our check in lady and check out lady were fantastic though. The blinds in the room need to be fixed. We do like the hotel and we will come back. Parking is now $5 per night. And it was very hard to find a spot. I think there was a lot going on in Erie and that's why it was so packed but I think it was way too many children. Also I dont love that there were so many dogs there.

Friendly staff at check in and check out but that’s about it. Room and hotel were very clean.

Price for the stay was too much for breakfast to NOT be included. Floors around the pool are super slippery and unsafe even for just slowly walking. Lots of noise couldn’t sleep good, called the front desk and he told ME to go upstairs and tell them to quiet down. Beds were not very comfortable, woke up with my back hurting. TV only had 3 channels, nothing else.
