    We enjoyed our overnight here. We had great views of the bay and enjoyed walking along the water. Breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool!

    This hotel is located right across the street from the Erie amphitheatre. The price was excellent. We got a hot breakfast included. The room was standard but good and clean. I would definitely stay there again!

    Checked in at 3pm went to or room 303 and immediately a bad smell. Turned on air and it got worse so I checked the filter. Disgustingly dirty, as was the rest of the room other then linens. Didn't even look vacuumed. When down stairs and told desk along with pictures. Was given another room 310 much nicer one less bed but didn't need the extra one anyway. Smelled and looked alot cleaner. But I checked the air filter same thing. I cleaned it off in tub and that fixed that. Later went to get a shower an notice the vent on bathroom ceiling was dirty as well. Didn't seem to have a active fan or at least a way to turn it on so I left it alone. The bottom corner of the shower curtain had mold on it as well. Didnt use the pool but checked it out and bottom was filthy. Spa was out of order with a drain problem. Anyway my over all opinion was not too bad for the price point and being so close to the lakeshore. Lots of traffic noise outside but it is right on the road. Nice view on lake side of building. I would stay again based on price point and service. But definitely hope they hire a compentent cleaning crew. They could be a 4 star if cleanliness was addressed seriously. First picture is air filter same in both rooms, second is the amount of dirt that came off it in tub. Third is bathroom ceiling vent.forth is bottom of pool near ladder and last one is bottom corner of shower curtain. Ps there was what appeared to be a couple makeup stains on carpet right inside the main door. Didn't get a photo. Hope this helps
