Wouldn’t stay here I was giving red roof a chance again but the red roof franchise is just horrible I’m sticking to what

The people next to me was a couple fighting and management I believed banned them immediately because of physical altercations

There was energy drink cans in trees. I booked a queen bed and got a full. Drug deals and crazy people in the parking lot. Truly ghetto. I left immediately. The bathtub/shower was so slippery I couldn’t even use it. It also said fully decorated kitchen with pans bowls plates yeh none of that was there just a small stove.

Location and Price Great, Nothing else

The location was great, nearby everything. Pet friendly.

The room was clearly sloppily redone. The floor covered an old drain leaving a dip in the main walkway (in a handicap room btw). The main door did not shut properly, it had to be slammed and lifted at the same time until the latch would catch to close. It was so unsafe. The bathroom door was installed backwards, you had to enter the bathroom, walk behind the door, just to turn the lights on. Fan also did not work.

It’s smaller and quiet despite the freeway being right there. Staff was really friendly and accommodating for the most part.

I asked for my room to be cleaned yesterday since my dog and I have been here for 10 days. It never happened.

No TV service, mold growing on the ceiling and nothing was done and no apologies for the inconvenience! Sad experience.

Television in both rooms assigned to me had NO SERVICE. Asked the manager at the front desk if he could get someone to fix the problem. He said that he would but nobody ever came to address the problem.

Pass up the rest, stay at the BEST- Red Roof

Good value and location! Sarah at front desk very welcoming and helpful! Whole staff made you feel like home! Exercise room was clean, inviting, Lifetime equipment was FUN! Quite place. Didn't use the pool, but it looked clean too! Room was pretty and clean! We will be back!

Waiting over 30 mins to get checked in due to some problems going on and police being there to help with the situation.

What I expected for what I paid

The staff were extremely friendly and took into account I was a single female traveler so put me in a room on the 3rd floor where the door to my room wasn't accessible without a key to the hallway. The ice machine was quiet and had plenty of ice.

Hotel has been "under renovation" since 2019. I stayed here in 2019, 2022, and 2023 with the hotel being under renovation. I have faith that renovations are actually being done and rooms upgraded, but none of the rooms I have been in the last two years have been renovated. Room wasn't dirty, but definitely run down with bathroom and dresser hardware missing.

The staff was very friendly. Room was good and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. You can see that they care about this place based on their attitudes and willingness to help satisfy your requests. Melanie was great!

The hotel is under renovations, so temper your expectations. Based on what we saw in just the short time we were there, it will be an exceptional hotel when complete. They are making great progress. That being said, expect construction and the debris that accompanies it to be seen, even though it's not that bad.
