All was excellent, especially the breakfast

Comfy beds. Very clean atmosphere.
The breakfast wasn't what we were expecting. It would be nice if you had normal eggs and normal breakfast sausage and normal toast, not microwaved omelets with peppers and andouille sausage and french bread. Nice try to be different but I couldn't eat any of it.
Good coffee though!

When I book a room , king room wasn’t available, front desk say come tomorrow morning and let front desk know you want to change room , in the morning I ask front desk to change the room, they told me nothing available, when I come back at 9 pm at night I ask the front desk, king room was available but she didn’t let me change it , start giving me excuses, I never had a experience like this before in any hotel, I wasn’t new to this property, I stay there so many time in last 15 years, in the morning when they told me no room available, I ask them to let me check out because I already stay first night, they told me I’ll still get charge for 2 night, I done like this cross the street, never charge me for second day if I don’t stay, not happy the way they treated me

It was close to the concert we attended at Pine Knob
The place was very dirty, we arrived at check in time and were told our room wasn’t ready so we went to eat came back 1 &1/2 later and they said it still wouldn’t be done for an hr or so so we had to get a different room. We entered the new room and it had an overwhelming scent of air freshener we looked around and found they had sprayed Lysol into the heater so much it was running down the machine, there were crumbs on the couch and floor as well. We had to request another room change this time they had no kings open and would not discount us having to downgrade to a queen because we used a third party to book. I would not recommend coming here staff was not very friendly and the halls are all stained up and dirty as well I only stayed because it costs more for a DUI then to sleep there and suck it up.

Old and in need of updating. Tattered carpet at elevators. Poor lighting in room, plumbing issues like sink not draining efficiently. Not a comfortable chair in the room in which to sit in. Just dreary. Powdered eggs in the morning were inedible. It provided your basic needs but could have stayed at a much newer and nicer place for the same price of $354 for two nights. Try Staybridge suites… nice, especially the newer ones.

I certainly did not expect this level of experiencing from Hampton Inn.
I usually travel in 4-star+ hotels. Had a cap limit on how much can be spent on a business travel therefore staying with Hampton Inn.
Service was very friendly and warm. They also provide little treat which I thought was cute.
Liked the hot food station. Waffle station was fun too. Cereal very fresh. Red skin potato was super.
Hot food was quite heavy for morning. I personally would prefer less cheese in the eggs.

The location was great for everything we were doing for the weekend. Breakfast was okay.
We got there a little early, and they wouldn't let us check in until after 3. We had just drove 7 hours with a 2 year old and just wanted to get him out of the vehicle and settled down, and they wouldn't allow us to check in early. The beds weren't very comfortable. They didn't offer housekeeping services only told us to put our dirty towels outside the door to get new ones we had to go to the desk to get them. We ran out of toilet tissue during our stay and had to go to the desk to get more. Every time we went to the desk, it was about a 5 minute Wait before someone came out to help you. The price you pay isn't worth not having the housekeeping and things you need while you are there.

The cabinet that held the refrigerator was damaged and the door couldn’t be closed. The hallway carpet is way past its prime.

I like the friendliness of your hotel manager KD he was pleasant, professional and polite to myself and my family. He saw that I was extremely stressed from my drive in through the storm and proceeded to get us accommodated as fast as he could. He went above and beyond to help me.
I was totally angry with the lady who kept coming up to the desk and interrupting KD as he was trying to assist me with my reservation not only did she do it once but several times,that I just told him to handle her situation (she locked herself out of her room 🙄) because she was going to keep being rude as if I wasn't standing there.🤬 He handled the situation calmly and professional although she was being an ass!!!

broken shower and fridge. shower never got warm water. fridge never got cold. charged for our dogs even though there was so indication for a charge for pets only stated pet friendly.
