The first room I was in the heat was not working and the hostess basically told me to deal with it because that’s as thats as warm as the room was gonna get or to downgrade my accommodations. After some back-and-forth debate over the phone and in person she was able to move me to a room with adequate heating after expressing the temperature dropping in the area and how we would have to sleep fully close to stay warm in the first room. Additionally, the rooms were not clean properly. The had hair in the bed when you pull back the blanket . The shower was had dirty footprints in it, and one of the beds had a used mouthguard under the sheet.

Will not be using booking.com based on our dismal experience with their customer service

Booking.com support was underwhelming . Especially when we were told that the hotel did not receive payment on the pre-paid booking with booking.com and will need to charge me a second time.The issue was clearly with booking .com and not with the hotel.

It was very nice stay. The staff was great to me and my family. I will definitely stay again!!!

I like how the staff was so friendly and helpful and welcoming. Especially the young lady in the breakfast area. She made sure there was plenty of food out and when the food was low, she let us know when she would bring out more.

The shower wasn't working properly, and beds was little uncomfortable. One other thing which was not the hotel fault was the third-party booking had not paid for my room which made it difficult to get checked in.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Our rooms were clean, they had complimentary items that we had forgotten. The kids loved the indoor pool and said it was warm.
