Breakfast was good but wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to enjoy total access to all amenities the hotel provides.

Room wasn’t clean properly hair was all in the shower. Needed access from desk manager to use the indoor pool.

Good location for visiting family

This is our second time staying at this Staybridge location as we find it to be ideal for visiting family in the Detroit metro and Flint areas. It is also situated behind a Holiday Inn and therefore does not get as much road noise at night. The suite was very big with a separate bedroom. The bed was large and comfortable. The man working the desk in the afternoons/evenings was always upbeat and fun to talk to. We weren’t sure of the housekeeping situation but they came by almost everyday we put our magnet out!

We noticed the room is showing more wear since our last visit (in 2021) which is understandable. However, it seems the cleaning in the room stays very surface level and many areas are overlooked (ex: white stains on side of desk). This gives the room a bit of a grimy feel. We always showed up to the breakfast area at least a half hour before it closed but there were always things out of stock. This often included fruit as well as the biscuits and gravy (which made me extra sad because the breakfast lady promised it would be there on our last morning, however, it clearly was never set out). The air conditioning unit is set up in the bedroom so can be noisy at night. Also, very weird but for the first few nights of our stay we woke up to an empty Pokémon box for trading cards outside our door. We would throw it away but it would make its way back to our room.

Alvin was AMAZING!!! Helped us access our priority account- gave dining suggestion that was so good we went back! We will be back next year-Wendy in breakfast area was also very personal and thoughtful.

Comfortable and quiet stay.

The pool was really nice and warm. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a nice variety.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. The top of fridge and headboard had a full layer of dust, I found fingernails and candy on the carpet when I got down to pick up an earring I dropped. All along cupboards and fridge had crumbs and dirt on the floor.

Family trip to Auburn Hills MI

The location was great. It was a nice quiet area. The hotel and room were very clean. The staff were very friendly, and breakfast in the morning was pretty good. No complaints, my family and I were very pleased! 👍🏾 also restaurants and shopping weren't far at all about 15 minutes or so away.

The bed was small. It said it was a queen size, but it felt more like a full. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable!

It was clean and well located for our trip however we booked 7 beds and actually received 4 beds and 3 sofas that made into beds

Our group asked if we could get coffee/ tea as well as toast or bagels in the morning as we needed to be at our venue at 7:30 am The night clerk was nice enough to start the tea and coffee early as well as the breakfast staff opened the breakfast area early for us. The day clerk(John) berated both the night clerk and the breakfast staff for accommodating guests. He was also very rude to one of our group when she attempted to tell him how much we appreciated the staff for accommodating us.

Rooms were bigger

I didn’t like that I booked a room for four people on booking.com and they only offer rooms for 3 people. I had to deal with this all weekend and was a huge mistake on booking.com

Breakfast, parking, most of the staff, hot shower, bed & pillows, happy hour snacks, free laundry, fitness room, really quiet, dog friendly, got a good discounted price -lower than what they charge

In the room: light cover missing, in-room safe broken, had to vacate the room for deep cleaning which was not so clean, cobwebs everywhere, had to clean the room on arrival everything was sticky & the dishes were dirty & the shower had hair in it & it was dirty. Kitchenette floor had sticky stuff spilled on it. Couch had stains. Pool was cloudy. To extend the hotels price was much more

That I pick the option to pay at the facility but booking. com had already charged my card... also I paid for a room that I didn't get so I felt like I was over charged ...the room was small than the one I thought I was getting...the refrigerator was not clean in the inside also the glasses had lip prints on them in the cabinet ....I picked the bath tub option with the handicap rells on the wall didn't get it ...I had a procedure done and it required me to soak in a tub ...I booked thinking I was going to get what I paid for but I guess next time I'll book directly with them ....overall the hotel was nice ,clean , comfortable , the staff was wonderful ...I was deceive by the third party with was booking.com
