Could not get anyone to empty garbage or get fresh towels. Carpet was stained. Few tv channels. Breakfast was cold and skimpy. We checked out early and went tow different hotel

The staff was very helpful, the courtyard was nice and it was quiet.

I don't think my room was properly clean as I found hair and numerous objects from previous guest.

We liked the location the bathroom separation and the screen door to the courtyard

The facility was clean and the staff was kind.

Our room was between a party that had about 10 elementary school girls and someone who had 2 small dogs. The kids ran up and down the hall, on the first night, they knocked on the door two times and ran. We could hear them laughing in the hallway. The dogs yipped until around 10:30 each night at random and sporadic outburst. I feel quiet guest should not be put in the hallway where you allow pets and children, that should be a separate hallway.

Pool was locked. Had to try 3 different keys from front desk to get in finally. Once in, there were stacks of dirty towels from previous day and no fresh towels. Pool was also cold and clearly had not been tended to.

We had 3 family in our double queen bed room but were only given 2 bath towels. When we went down to the desk to ask for enough towels we were told they were in the dryer and would be brought up to our room later. That did not happen so down to the front desk again to ask for towels. The attendant went to the laundry dryer to retrieve clean towels and said “they are clean just not folded”. He handed me a pile of towels which consisted of one bath towel and two bath mats.

The property says it has a balcony! It’s fake! There’s barely standing room out there. No chairs were out there! The screen to the patio was off!

When we first arrived our room didn't have a working A/C. We ask for another room but the system was down and said we were have to wait, maybe a few hours or over night. The manager came and got us a room quickly. We were very thankful thtat the manager arrived. Also, we had ask for towels since we were staying 2 nights, they never came.

The breakfast was delicious. The beds are comfortable and the room was clean. The staff is so nice and friendly. The pool was nice and clean. The area to sit outside was very nice.

The room was noisy from the traffic on the highway.

We arrived and were told they had no clean rooms. At 10 pm. So, we had to find another hotel in the area, which took multiple tries. I can’t believe they didn’t have a room for us and never called to let us know or helped to provide alternate options.

Beautiful hotel. I loved have balcony and the pool was just as nice.

They need a better setup for breakfast and I found someone used bandaid in the shower so need better cleaning checks.

I always liked the hotel. Jericho was the best, sadly no longer there. Yosef is nice, & tried to address all the issues we had. Love the pool.

The oversight manager (I believe), at the very least the lady responsible for checking us in was very rude. She called my finance old for calling her ma’am. She yelled at us like we were disruptive 6 year olds when tell us to “Get Out Of The Pool”. Or toilet or refrigerator didn’t work in our room. When we told her she said “fill our bucket with ice and use the lobby bathroom “. There was marijuana “roaches” all over the lobby bathroom and it was dirty. And I couldn’t get a refund. I have to tell Jacob the manager all of this on Monday after needing to explain this to Booking.com. Jericho had the hotel spotless, polite service, spoke with respect!

Everything. Employees unhelpful & unknowledgable. No lotions or soap in the room. Was very loud the first night all night. Said had indoor & outdoor pool. No outdoor pool. Pool was so packed we couldn’t even swim. Said 24 hour pool but closed at 11. The washing machine was broken. They were out of towels Saturday. Stated we had a guest room suite, but it was just a suite with 2 beds. The bar is only open for like 2 hours. Was not impressed sadly but surprised how bad it was especially given the location & high price.

The hotel location worked for us and the facilities are nice enough. I liked having a sofa in the room with the King bed (however, the room was quite crowded and the cramped configuration made it difficult to maneuver around).

Although the facilities are nice, this hotel is under-staffed and not well managed. The staff at reception were friendly and tried to be helpful, but they were often not at the front desk and there is no way to call the front desk from the room. Under the guise of being "Eco-friendly," one has to request fresh towels before 10:00 AM. Turns out, unfortunately, that applies to any housekeeping as well, but it's difficult to contact the front desk to request such service. We stayed 3 nights and even though we requested housekeeping and fresh towels several times, we never received them. Our toilet wasn't flushing properly, and again, although we requested maintenance several times, we never received it. (Apparently, they do not have any maintenance service on weekends--- when it's most needed---but we requested maintenance on the Thursday evening when we arrived and still did not receive help). Reception did offer to move us to another room but by then we were unpacked and didn't have the time or inclination to pack up everything and move. We were surprised and disappointed to learn that breakfast is not included. Apparently, the on-site "cafe" is under new management and not that reliable in their breakfast offerings. We chose to eat breakfast at an excellent local diner (Albert's Coney Grill) instead. Finally, the fridge was very small and does not have a freezer section for ice packs. Ours also didn't seal well. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

No breakfast that was advertised. The pool was constant chaos with kids. Even during the "adult" only time, it was filled with kids and screaming. Walls are paper thin. Room next to me was extremely noisy. Mini fridge didn't work. Stains & rips on the couch. In my opinion, it was not worth the money spent on it.

Room was dirty. Pillows were non- existent. Bed was not comfortable. We were told there was free complimentary breakfast when we checked in and when I picked the room. We went to eat in the morning and was told they didn’t do breakfast. The hotel staff said we could purchase something from the menu which was pricey. Coffee was available but cold. When we asked for creamer - the staff looked like we were bothering him.

We had high hopes for this facility. Unfortunately we were let down. The only hilite was the staff. We got to the hotel at 9pm on Friday evening. We were then informed that the breakfast I paid extra for online wasn’t available on the weekends. I heard many conflicting stories about this from the staff. I was promised a refund that I have not gotten. We were also told there was a 50$ deposit that I was not aware of. And I’m still waiting for my refund for that. The whole building smelled of marijuana. We were allowed to change rooms, but we had many issues with the keys deactivating. All My 5 year old and 8 year old wanted to do when we got there was swim , so we went down about 10 pm. There wasn’t anyone in there, but there were towels everywhere and the chlorine was extremely powerful. The whole time we were there it seemed there were unsupervised teenagers there wandering the halls. We had garbage outside of our door for 2 days. We went out for the day on Sat and when we got back to the hotel we were locked out of the side entrances and our room. The front desk had 5 people waiting with the same issue. There was dust in the vents of the hallway and all over the walls. The staff was very friendly but there was only one person to be seen working alone the whole weekend. I can imagine these nice people won’t want to work there for long. I would not recommend staying at this hotel!

Location close to mall which was our goal. Price ok. Breakfast options and ability to buy snacks not old inside a machine. Lobby and outdoor area really nice.

Room smelled like cat litter. Put in middle of party knocks on doors and lots noise at 1 am. Alarm not reset in room so it went off very early. Pool way too crowded with giant floats. $100 security deposit not just as hold as I was told, but actually taken out of my account causing an overdraft. 1- 10 days to get that much money back hard for us. Very dissapointing.
