It was very good the only problem was one of the front desk service desk person he was very rude to the customers and when we asked for clean towels we were told we had to get them from house keeping but we never seen house keeping so we had to wash our own towels

I originally booked a deluxe double bed room but was oddly moved out of the room I extended last minute on Monday December 9th a few days after my surgery by a elderly woman allegedly a manager who has knowledge very inconveniently to another hotel at the same location. I requested a refund to relocate yet the alleged manager refused to accommodate. I am seeking a through investigation.

The staff is amazing, I never experienced any issues with them during my stay however the rooms are not properly cleaned or maintained. At check in there were already issues, it is stated everywhere online that the check in age is 18, you call the hotel and it sends you directly to corporate who also confirmed with me the check in age was 18. It in fact was not 18, you have to be 21 to check into this hotel. Beyond that after checking into our room with slight difficulty my bed had a dirt stain (shoe print) on the “clean” sheets, the floor and stove top were also not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, after settling in and buying my own cheap set of pans I began to make dinner (beware this hotel does not offer anything at all to cook with, no utensils, pots, or pans) as I was washing my hands I noticed the sink was clogged and the garbage disposal was not functioning, so another trip to the front desk and I had to switch rooms, the last issue I had was having to go to the front desk to get my key card reset twice because I couldn’t even enter the hallway to get to my room. The room ended up working fine for our little weekend stay for a concert but I will definitely not be back.

It was close to work. The property is going through a renovation, that is a plus. However, bathrooms need to be cleaned a little better. The bathroom tub had a bad smell most of my stay (7 nights). The night shift front desk man could use more customer service etiquette. One day halfway through my stay I had to jump in the shower before heading to work, I turned the shower on, and to my surprise there was no water! I called the front desk and was told that the main water line had to be tuned off due to a repair that the hotel was going through. Very inconvenient as I had to run to work and shower in the men’s locker room! A warning from management would have been nice.

Enjoyed my stay. Only thing was the air conditioner didn't work, and I had to get ready for a concert in a hot room. I didn't even get a new room til after I got back from my concert. Other than that, the staff were pretty friendly.

Quick stay in a very nice room- everyone at the front desk was nice at both check in and check out. Room was large and very clean. I was very impressed with the size and cleanness of the bathroom.

Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Nice, clean room and the price was great for having a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. No coffeemaker. Building wasn't secure, some outside doors were propped open all night. Overall good experience, and would book again.

While it appears they are renovating the property, these renovations are being done by amateurs. We stayed in a newly renovated room. The chemical smell made it difficult to sleep. There were paint splashes all over the floor, countertop, and stove. There were outlet covers missing from the walls, the room was dusty, and doesn't look like it and been properly cleaned. The television was mounted to the wall crooked. The only bright spot was the extremely friendly staff at the front desk.
