For starters the elevator was broken. The room seemed fine until it came time to go to sleep, upon pulling the pull out couch out the sheets had literal poop on them. I went to talk to staff and the guy at the desk could have cared less. No apology and asked what I wanted. He handed me new sheets and I had to clean the bed myself. I will NEVER stay here again

No friendly staff. Only one tv in the one bedroom suite no cookware for the use of the kitchenette. And it felt really unmanaged and ghetto. Sorry.

Scarce breakfast, couldn't get wifi to work and people were smoking weed in the parking lot

the whole experience was terrible they even gave me a key to a room that had someone sleeping in it and I still didn’t get my deposit back after being told I would 4 different times. That was last month and still nothing

Two of the rooms I reserved were uninhabitable and the people that were supposed to stay in them left and found other accommodations. Currently struggling to get a refund. Trash hotel. Editing to add that Booking . com is also being absolutely useless in aiding me with receiving a refund. The hotel won't call me back. I filed a chargeback and Booking denied it despite knowing exactly why it was filed. I wouldn't book at this hotel ever again and I am done using Booking.com for anything

Facility was fine. Poor maintenance. Staff behind building smoking pot. Others fixing cars in same area. Breakfast was bare bones.

Very low price for suite. Exterior maintained, landscaped, and as clean as the area will allow. Receptive and helpful desk staff. Air conditioning and plumbing worked as expected. There was toilet paper and clean towels, and the sheets appeared fresh. Good bed pillows. Kitchen appliances appeared clean.

Location: Apparent high crime location: Observed drug transaction broad daylight in front lot even before unloaded luggage from car. Noted police summoned there often enough to rate a signed reserved parking space for them. Didn’t impress the druggies- were only a few spaces away where they did their deal. Elevator: Out of order, no repair personnel on site during stay duration. Had to traverse stairs to come and go. Suite Entry: Door latch handle only works if lifted up, not down per normal. Verified with front desk. Suite Entry: No light when switch flipped. Checked lamp, no bulb. Suite Lighting: Overhead vanity lighting; Nothing happened when flipped switch (shaving in the dark/ used cell phone flashlight). Checked adjacent power breaker panel (just like at home, but this in a 2025 hotel suite and not concealed in the (also) adjacent closet. Closet light; Worked, appears to be a 70s something fixture without a lens or cover. At least that was hidden. Suite Furnishings: Dwindled, depleted, and damaged. A suite reservation (even a low cost reservation) suggests furnishings will address the layouts of the rooms and offer comfort and convenience to the guest. Present were a three-colored couch (cushions appeared to come from another sofa), a recliner I declined to recline, and a desk chair in front of a once-standard hotel room desk that had the drawer facade torn away. I didn’t sit there, either. There was also a dresser with the 2010-ish flat screen TV bolted to it (well used remote), queen-sized bed with end tables on either side, and a third end table next to the couch where the bulbless lamp stands. The kitchen area has a working full-sized refrigerator, an untested tiny microwave that looked more like a toaster, and an iron-burner plate electric stove top that appears to be from the 60s and had clearly replaced a once upon a time full sized range, apparent by less than skilled carpentry and non-matching cabinetry materials in it’s stead.

The night manager checked the rooms for me and made sure I was safe!

I found a man in my room, he went through all my belongings! I switched rooms, there was someone else in the room! I was so scared all night!!

The hotel was ok I couldn't take a bath because the stopper was missing from tub.

super dirty. unresponsive to any type of room service for 4 days straight. whole building is disgusting and beat down. asked for clean dishes and was given dirty ones and told to wash them ourselves after someone else before use.

Convenience, location just 15 mins from Pine Knob. Staff was polite

Very old, out dated, mold on the ceiling, box spring mattress cover ripping. Cupboard door hanging and did not close. Floor stained terribly. Garbage overflowing at each exterior door entrance.

Receptionist was nice

Mold mold mold, my room was covered in mold. The daytime receptionist was very rude when I was trying to get a refund.

The check in lady was really nice

It was filthy the room was so nasty the carpet was nasty I didn't even wanna walk on floor it had the worst odor like a old smell the chair was nasty everything was disgusting the sheets had stains me and my boyfriend literally got up at 3 am and went and looked for another hotel

I didn't like anything about this hotel when we entered there was wiring every 5 ft because they were rewiring the first floor which you had to walk through wires to get to the second floor my room was 221 which look like a crime scene there was blood on the couch blood on the floor blood splatter on the wall blood splatter in the bathroom and I don't know what was all over the chairs it look like somebody tried to bleach something and it smelled like a dead body..(my last picture of that beautiful tree was at another hotel just couldn't delete it from here)..

You guys need to burn this hotel down and rebuild something else this place is disgusting and staff tried to act like my room was clean after I showed him a video

Old rooms , smelled like weed as soon as I walked in the building. Breakfast was 2 cereal flavors no muffins , bagels , drinks , etc. the room had humidity stains on the walls and peeling paint the staff was one young kid and he wasn’t very welcoming or accommodating.

La ubicación es lo único que nos gustó

La limpieza muy pésima nos cambiaron de dos veces y esas habitaciones daban asco, el las cortinas del baño habían mocos pegados, en los gabinetes había comida vieja, se supone que cuando limpian la habitación sacan todo, aparte de eso ni una vez nos hicieron servicio de limpieza los tendidos de la sábana olían feo, Las toallas estaban sucias, el hotel olía a mucha marihuana y eso que ahí carteles que dicen prohibido fumas. no volvería a quedarme en ese hotel.
