The front desk ladies were extremely polite and kind and weren't annoyed by all my questions. The pool was AMAZING! The warmth of the pool was the ONLY reason I booked this place and it was fantastic! Exceeded all my expectations. The rest of the property and ALL the staff also exceeded my expectations! Breakfast was tasty! Room was clean and bed was comfy! Thanks ladies! I hope you enjoyed the cupcakes. :-)

Excellent week long stay.

Location was great. Right across the highway from restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was fantastic; large selection every day with some items changing. The bed was comfortable and kitchenette was well stocked.

This Hyatt House Auburn Hills is located in a great place; accessibility to the expressway, near the shopping centers, the eateries are plentiful. The property is well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious, a nice variety of items. A very pleasant stay:)

Excellent amenities with friendly attentive staff. Clean and home-like with a vacation feel.

I went down to the hotel bar for a drink and dinner and the bartender was exceptional. She was very attentive and handled all of the people's food and drinks with ease. I felt welcomed and pampered.

A sauna would have been nice, but since there wasn't one, I found other things to do.

We’ll be coming back!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was the size of a small apartment. Very clean, bed was comfortable, the blinds were black out style, the staff was very accommodating. There was a hockey tournament going on in town so that meant lots of families and children. Staff ensured we were in a wing of the hotel to eliminate noise and ensured we had a quiet restful stay. It’s very close to the Great Lakes Crossing mall and numerous restaurants. We have told family and friends this is the place to stay.

The hotel was very nice and price reasonable for a Saturday night. It was nice to be given a toothbrush for our adult child that forgot hers.

My husband really was disappointed that you didn’t have biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Also whoever was above our room was very noisy however I didn’t complain about it.

After a long car ride to get there, our bodies were sore and the beds were comfy but not what were used to (adjustable beds). Not a fault of the hotel, we just haven’t slept flat in years lol

So clean you could eat off the floors

Everything was AMAZING from checking in to checking out. Super CLEAN hotel too I was very impressed! Our room was so beautiful, had a full kitchen and very nice tableware/utensil’s provided. The pool was exceptionally clean and warm; made up for not having a hot tub/whirlpool. The workout room looked very nice with more than decent equipment, although I did not use the room. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. They let me have an early check-in and late check out free of charge. I would absolutely stay here again! It was overall a pleasant stay.

The coffee was awful lol seriously. The front desk lady “Amy” was so kind she went out of her way to get me some coffee in the back since I missed breakfast. It was still yucky LOL. The pool area echos; amplifying every child’s scream and high pitch squeal LOL it was migraine worthy.

Clean, modern hotel close to Pine Knob!

We chose the property due to its proximity to Pine Knob—it’s about five miles down the road, so it’s perfect for an overnight stay when attending a concert. The facility is new, modern, and clean. Our room was very well-appointed.

Amazing hotel!!

This hotel was by far one of the best ones we've stayed at. It was clean, staff was super friendly (I told the front desk guy, Kyle that we were surprising our daughter with the Halsey concert and that she thought we were in town for an art festival instead. He told the people who came in behind us to be quiet since they were going too, so they wouldn't ruin the surprise for our daughter. That alone made my heart smile that he did that to keep the surprise a secret 🥰 so Thanks again Kyle!! ) The room was super nice. Had a kitchen with a stove top full sized fridge, island, utensils, microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker. Had a living room that was spacious and a seperate room for the beds. Bathroom was big, room was a very comfortable size for 3 adults and 1 kid. The pool was soooo WARM! It was like one big heated pool. We would definitely stay again if we are in this area. It was only 13 mins from the Pine Knob Music Center. So many shopping centers, restaurants and things to do.

It worked for the short weekend we stayed.

The pool was very nice and clean, there were great breakfast options, there were many amenities there were easily accessible. The late checkout time is great too.

When we arrived at the check in time, we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, it took another 1.5 hours to get to our room. We then were told we wouldn’t get the type of room we booked (reserved a 2 area suite and they put us in a regular suite). The air conditioning was so loud and didn’t really get the room cool.
