I booked a room with a sofa and king bed. There was no sofa. Had a lengthy discussion with the front desk and we were finally given a discount for the inconvenience.
The room was nice, clean and had kitchen facilities.
The one thing that stands out with this property is that it is directly across the street with a view of the landfill 😳.

This is our second stay at the property. Very convenient to Oakland University. Large rooms with kitchen and supplies. Nice bathroom. Quiet all around. Great front desk staff. Multiple EV chargers (attraction for me). Will stay again!
