I would not stay there again.

Breakfast that a joke. They didn't have any.

Had the kitchen didn't work properly. The kitchen faucet was broken. The floors was dirty and you can see drip on the kitchen floor. Carpet did not feel good at all and there was a smell coming from the carpet.

Clean , staff was great, parking was great. Loved all the amenities like workout room, laundry room, kitchen net. My only complaint would be the tv was small and the elevator was slow.

I didn’t partake in breakfast if there was any! Convenient to my work location with an ease for me to commute to and fro.

The staff could double check to see if the rooms are furnished with necessities such as trash can, coffee maker, and cutting knives for use by the customer in all rooms. Regardless, the staff were great to provide the items when asked which is a great customer service experience.

Word of advice before making reservations, always ask, does the elevator work !

Suite style room, nice set up. Clean and quite.

Very limited cable, no Continental breakfast, door key card didn't open any outside doors, had to walk all the way around to main lobby to get back in. Upon arriving I was told the elevator was broken, I wasn't told that when I reserved the room which was on the second floor, had to carry all luggage up steps both times! Main desk offered no discount or any help, they couldn't do anything to help out that's corporates decision. Corporate needs to be honest with customers with a major issue of no elevator upon reservations being made and give a discount for the trouble or honesty let people know so they can look elsewhere if they so choose. After a ten hour work day I really didn't feel like carrying all my heavy luggage up two flights of stairs upon check in! Staff was apologetic but no reimbursement or discount for my trouble. Not a bad location or staff, just need to see front desk staff with more authority to accommodate problems and help customers when these problems happen.

I liked that the manager gave me my money for the two days I was in that room with the trash under the bed

I didn’t like that my room had trash all under the bed and the first room I was in was dirty left food in the fridge and bathroom wasn’t clean then I asked to get my room clean staff told me I only can get my room clean after a week stay in I been here for 3 days I never heard of that at any other hotel

Not good, but for 1 night you will survive

Localization is good. Parking area is also very good. Staff is very friendly.

Room needs a refurbishment urgent! The bathroom floor is coming loose in a bad condition. The sink and bathtub drain is clogged (not totally, but it is). Appliances need replacement. Fridge is very noisy. The overall condition is not good, but if you are going to stay 1 night, you can survive, even because the price is really low.

Disappointing

The price. No bugs.

The power outages during the snow storm and no compensation for it.. Having the staff knock on my door because they forgot I paid for another week. The dog poop everywhere in the back of the building. Woke up one morning no water call the front desk, she laughs it off like I shouldn't be upset no apology I had to ask what the problem was.

Cold and musty with no hot water.

When the winter ice storm came, the power went out and we were left with no hot water. Corporate did not want to accommodate us the customer with no discount or comp. I will never stay at a choice hotel again. Lights were blinking and not working. Some of the plugs were not working.

Very good

I love that the rooms have mini kitchen. The location is very convenient for me and my daughter. Love that we have access to a gym and wash room.

I didn’t like that breakfast is advertised but not given. The service is no longer available.
