Dont waste your money

I did like the room had a couch and the staff was nice

Place was more of a 2 star hotel. Bar wasn't a actual bar. More like reception would get your drink. Dont be there for breakfast right away, wait a hour or it will be cold. Have to wait for the food warmer to heat your breakfast up for some reason. Stayed 3 nights and took out our own trash, got our own towels and made our own bed every night before bed. They said it was supposed to happen every other day so our 2nd day we left from 9am till 3pm and nothing was done. My husband is pretty easy to please and we were pretty disappointed in getting away for his birthday. There was a bug on the bed the first night, no hot tub, shower/toilet area is small. And if he used the toilet then I went in right after you have to wait awhile to be able to flush

We were very disappointed, because Hyatt is very good brand. We wouldn't recommended this hotel.

Breakfast, was not bad, but everyday 90% the same. Coffee was very good. Orange juice was good too.

I didn't like smell in the elevators. Swimming pool wasn't very clean. There was looks like somebody was vomiting on parking lot, but nobody was cleaning it.

Liked the place for many reasons, just puzzled as how cookie crumbs got into the bed?

ROOM WAS GREAT, HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED.

As i tossed and turned at night, i felt crumbs in the bed. i was tired from a 10 hour drive and ignored it until morning. Then i looked further in the AM and found what looked like chocolate cookie crumbs just on my side of the bed, not my husband’s. The sheets looked and smelled clean, maybe the maid was eating while making the bed? I did tell the person at the desk in the AM, just for information. Also, the bathroom fan did not work. With such a small space that could be an issue.

It was close to venue Most of the staff were helpful with needs. Nice strong it & good pressured shower.

No microwave in room. Low/no stock on items displayed for sale. False advertising- a place called the Pantry is NOT open but they have signs for it.

When we saw our room supposed to be a king room, instead we had 2 beds that looked smaller than full size beds. We were told because of over booking rooms from 3rd party booking site. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Only the location.

I was very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the room was noticeably dirty, and the door key kept deactivating on its own—making access frustrating. The front desk staff were unprofessional: often away from their posts, with no name tags, and offered no assistance when I inquired about the $33.93 charge that appeared on my credit card at 2 AM—not only was the charge unexplained, but the staff member laughed instead of taking it seriously. These issues—cleanliness, faulty key, poor service, lack of transparency—led to a deeply unsatisfactory experience, especially since I had paid the full amount upfront. I hope the management reviews these service failures and provides clarity or compensation to affected guests in the future.

There was a cockroach in our room that I had to remove! The TV has limited channels and didn’t have CBS! Only six channels. The ice machine wasn’t working on the 5th floor and was never fixed!

The bed was comfortable but for a king size bed 6 pillows would have been so much better.

We went to the small bar behind the front desk, the front desk girl was also the bartender. We had 2 beers and then 1 more and they were billed to the room. When I received my bill next day at checkout we were billed for 4 beers and charged an automatic gratuity that we did NOT offer nor were we asked for. Also a lot of small children were present that night to play in the pool and a lot of door slamming and running up and down the hallway. We won't be staying there again.

The breakfast was the only decent thing about the stay.

The bathroom was dirty and there was brown sticky crud running down the walls and dripping from the corner of a picture in the bathroom. There was standing water under the window on top of the air conditioner. Stains all over the room carpet. There was literally little to no welcome or staff interaction. A very cold, weird experience. The pool room was freezing and closed crazy early. Very unpleasant experience from beginning to end. We were in town for my daughter's 13th birthday and she was very embarrassed.

Mini Family Trip

We loved how sound the rooms were. We had family next door to us & when we asked if they could hear our kids making noise. They said no which made it nice bc having kids you worry about disturbing others. But we didn't hear anything inside our room either. We loved how nice & helpful the staff was. This property was beautiful too! We also loved the second breakfast area, it aloud us to keep our kids secluded in a "private room" which was helpful bc they can often times be rowdy.

The pool temperature. Having kids & expecially a baby the temperature made it hard to allow us to keep our baby in the water before she got really really cold. Our family loves swimming but the water was way to cold. Something that couldn't be helped was the size of the bathroom. It was alittle tiny & made it hard with having kids but it obviously did its job! :) The only true complaint was our door to get into the room. You had to insert your card multiple times to get it to go green. We mentioned it to the front desk, they told us they would have maintenance look at it and change the batteries to make it easier for us to access our room. But when we arrived back after our activities for the day we were still having the same issue. We ended up just dealing with it but it was just kind of annoying when your trying to just come back and get into your room to relax.
