I will never stay here again!

The tub was dirty. The bed spread had a stain on it. The coffee maker looked like it hadn't been cleaned out. When I poured water into the dispenser, little brown specs came out into my coffee cup. Struggled connecting to the internet.

Complete waste of time and money.

Close to where my appointments were.

Dirty lobby and room and elevator. Broken lamp shades, toilet paper holder, beat up furniture. Cockroach in bathroom. Mold in shower . Filthy grout in bathroom. It was something you’d expect in the inner city. If I had seen that cockroach the night before I would have left. It was too late to try to find other accommodations. Service was non existent. No one at the front desk. I would give them a zero out of 10 if that option were available. I never got a receipt for payment. No one at desk when I tried to check out just left key card at front desk. No way I would try food there.

Nice place but probably won't stay again because of extra fees

Clean and welcoming

Didn't understand the extra $100 charge. Never stayed somewhere that charged me an early check-in fee. Our room was nice but the AC was loud and the bathroom fan was also loud. Over all it was great.

Moderately ran down, decent if you're exhausted.

Close to the attractions we came for. Conveniently close to the freeway. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Room had a damp odor, and the AC had its own smell too. Room was a bit tired. There was mold in the bath tub, the sheets were stained & it looked like No one had vacuumed for a few days. We were also made to give a deposit even though we booked third party, which held up 100$ of money we intended to use for food & shopping. They even checked the room before releasing the funds!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The property needed upgrading. Bedding, carpets, and furniture were stained and ripped. Property could use better lighting. The bathroom was not clean, sheets and comforters were stained and there was a rotten apple core left in the ice bucket. Structure wise, the ceiling in the room and bathroom was peeling. Not sure if it was the paint or the foundation.

In room 304 light switches on the wall are worn out. Had to wiggle to get lights on . Also the ground fault wall plug in the bathroom won't work for the blow dryer and coffee machine don't work.

The place was located conveniently.

The whole building smelled like Marijuana. The linen smelled like dirty feet. The bathroom door was warped, and the whole room needed updating. The breakfast was not what it was supposed to be. This was like a pay by the hour type of hotel. Never will we stay here again.

bugs in bathroom 3 different times. I was told they had a full breakfast and this was not true. The building appeared quite old and needs updating including the carpet.

I liked the hot breakfast. The room was spacious, clean. You need to put some sort of clock in the room! The staff was extremely nice. I felt safe in my room & on the premises.

Welcoming, friendly and responsive check in staff; good location; nice room fridge; nice staircase from first to second floor; clean and comfortable looking lobby/ common area

My first room, the window was wide open with no screen, so bugs were able to come in, and the bed spreads both looked like they hadn’t been washed- dirt and stains; staff changed my room- second room, top bedding wasn’t much better; no tv listings, bedside lamp and alarm clock would not turn on- checked and both were plugged in; a non hotel hanger was hanging- clearly someone else’s personal item left there; bathroom- wallpaper was peeling, shower curtain did not stay open or cover the entire shower space; the conditioner was almost completely out and couldn’t get any out of the bottle, and the edge under around the tub looked like it had black mold; breakfast- they only do eggs and sausage on Saturday/sundays- which would be the only thing I eat in the morning; OJ cups were big enough to fit two sips in it

I will absolutely never stay in this hotel again. They require $100 cash or debit card deposit which was not advertised

We booked through booking.com. We got a reply that they could accommodate our need for a first floor room, close to desk, preferably handicapped. when we arrived very late in evening, as we informed them, we were put in a second floor room two rooms from the farthest room away possible. We both walk with canes, and had to drag all of our luggage, very unhappy about this.

The 100 dollars deposit they never told you you got to pay. The receptionist was really rude. The room was dirty, in general is not worth paying 100 dollars for a room in this hotel. Next time I’m just paying 20 more and stay in a decent place

the $100 deposit I had to put down without being told about it ahead of time, they also said two days before it would be returned and I haven’t received it yet. trash wasn’t emptied before we got to the room. stains on the bed sheets, entrance was difficult to find.

I joyed our stay overall. Price was right. No price gouging during power outage.

Breakfast was nice. The setup was fine. It was more than I expected. The lady that was there was great. Staff cleaning crew.Room cleanliness. Valuable’s what I think anyway untouched and in place as I left it. Good job!!

The things that I did not like was the kids running up and down the hallway the first night. Second things was the trash being at the side entrance by door. Which was a drop off point for after cleanup. Which is a double edge sword. Better trash outside waiting for pickup, than trash inside and rooms not being cleaned. Informed clerk I was told they were waiting waiting for it to be moved. And it was.
