Very friendly staff. There were a lot of kids there this weekend so it was really loud on the floor we stayed on. The room Was very clean but there was no towels and the room phone was broken. Overall I will still say it was at 3.5 star this time!

First things first, I only booked three rooms and was charged for five which was OK because we ended up needing four rooms out of the five and they supposedly reimburse me for that or canceled it. Then we get to the room, our TV didn’t work nor did our phone, barely any lights in the room and the water pressure was terrible. Only good thing was the beds were comfy, but the breakfast was absolutely terrible.

The breakfast was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. However the room could use some work. The beds are hard, the pull out couch had a ripped pad on it, the TV had wires hanging down and I had to fix the cable box. The door lock was broken and the Heater/AC was so loud we had to turn it off and it was about 0 degrees outside.

The hotel reeked of marinjuana. I was asked to pay an extra $300 deposit which I refused. My bed did not have a blanket on it, and when I called to ask for one was told they had no more. The couch in our room was broken, you could feel in the middle where it had cracked in half. At breakfast they kept running out of plates. And the entrance was pure ice and luckily I caught myself in time and didn’t fall but others were not as lucky. We had 2 night stay but we only stayed 1 night. It was horrible.

The AC unit didn’t work. It blasted hot air all night and wouldn’t adjust. It was too late when we realized it to call maintenance. The shades were broken and wouldn’t lower to cover the window. Parking lot lights in my face all night. Very loud fights all night, ending in a huge fight in the parking lot with at least 40 people. 6 police cars showed up and stayed for hours.

We were there for my son’s travel game. Early on Sunday we were made aware that it was an hour later. We asked if we could have an extra hour for check out, the young woman at the desk was very rude and stated we had to request 24 hours in advance. We didn’t even check in for our stay 24 hours in advance. Our hotel room looked as if it had not be cleaned, bugs were on the air conditioning unit, with dust and dirt on the window sills. The handles on everything had a rusty dirty debris. We weren’t able to use the freezer for our ice packs because it was so overly frozen. The bed sheets had rips in them, the lights did not work by the bedside. The beds were aweful to sleep in. The phone was not plugged in. We stayed, but could not recommend this hotel moving forward. We have used this hotel chain previously and had wonderful experience, we will not be back. We have 10-14 tournaments a year in this area where we could have spent a few thousand dollars. We will not be coming back, especially after the rude treatment from hotel staff.

First of all not even one shower towel and when I asked front desk on the phone I was told to come in and get it instead bring in it to me, no TV it was saying no connection, breakfast area there was this lady with few kids that they were putting staff in there pockets for take out and they emptied the entire food taking all the waffles until waffle dough gone,all yogurt’s also taking all other foods like she will feed the entire army, appeared that lady was friends with the breakfast lady that she worked at the hotel, overall the mentioned stuff made the hotel to look very miserable. Definitely no other time there for me.

This is a nice 3 star hotel. Foyer looks nice. Decent breakfast could have more options but was ok. Rooms are large. Things to be improved on. Floors in the elevator and breakfast area always sticky. Bathrooms in rooms are older and need updating. Wish cleaning of rooms were done more frequently. Staff were friendly

The room had worn furniture, stains on carpet, earwigs in bathroom. Towel hook on door fell off. Torn window screen, microwave looked like it had some sort of mold growing in it. Looks as if it was a quick flip to modernize it. Just a simple cheap stay for a nights rest.

We were supposed to check in at 3:00. We got there at 6:30 and our room still was not ready. Once it was finally ready, it smelled SO strongly of bleach/chemicals it was making us sick. We left to go get dinner and when we came back they had clearly been in our room again because they put something on the floor that was greasy and was super slippery. Could not fill bath with the tub filler only the shower would work. I’m not one to write reviews but I do not recommend this place.

The micro door handle was broke at the bottom and the pool was cold. This is Michigan; the pool needs to be heated. We chose this place for the pool so now we can’t stay at this place again because the pool is not heated. The breakfast was fine.
