Location

Heating so noisy we couldn’t sleep. No one said you had to join bonvoy to get WiFi. Cost very high. Bartender was great.

I should’ve received an update regarding or a refund on the major inconvenience and distress that I was caused

The property was beautiful and my room was great.

I didn’t like that the property management / booking.com did not confirm my reservation and had me wait 2 hours before I was checked in without any update on why my reservation wasn’t done.

Clean

Bathroom small, door didn’t lock. Check in at midnight was long. Bar downstairs was rowdy and loud. I was told that my reservation would be canceled if I didn’t check in before midnight. I seat paid for the room!! I had to check in over the phone.

Get punished for going through third-party bookings

We love Marriott hotels the wonderful places to stay the sleep is always wonderful because of the bedding

Unfortunately, because we went through booking.com we paid over $200 for our room and they put us up in a handicap room and unfortunately the room was not comfortable. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing was comfortable. The shower was oversized for a wheelchair accessibility it was just a very sad stay Being punished for going through booking.com. Couldn’t even get a regular room with the king size bed just pathetic.

Noisy and unpleasant. Recommend to avoid this place

Not much. Convenient location for work. Room was refurbished so clean and fresh.

Terrible noisy room. Newly refurbished. No light. Poor shower. Unpleasant staff. I hardly slept. They build a room by the freeway without decent sound proof windows. On top of that the AC/ Heater goes on and off all night and rumbles with the noise of a truck engine by your bed side. There is no light such that you can’t read a book. The shower starts by splurting brown water and then it is such a thin trickle you need to stay there for quite a long time. Forget about washing your hair. The gym is poorly equipped and two of the pieces of equipment don’t work. Staff is unpleasant and incompetent. Absolutely horrible place.

It was advertised a pool which wasn’t open. Menus were at front desk when you sat at a table to order you needed to get them there. Thought it would make more sense to have them at the bar. Customer were asking each other where we got menus and where do you order.

Short-lived stay

It was opposite a large mall with shops and restaurants within east reach.

Our experience was so bad we had to change hotels. Staff were nice about us having to checkout early. No real restaurant on the property, just a cafeteria style area for breakfast and a bar. Housekeeping needs to be booked at checkin and is not daily. Rooms look tired and dingy. Bathroom is weird - sink is in the room. Toilet and shower are in the ‘bathroom’ which is so small you have to step over the toilet in order to close the bathroom door. The photos of the bathroom on booking.com are misleading.

Breakfast was passable. Setting was cafeteria like. I ordered a take away dinner. It was ok. Checking in was time consuming so staff comped my breakfast. My room was not sufficiently cleaned. Small pieces of paper on carpet and soiled towel in bathroom.

I noticed I was charged for someone else’s dinner. It gook nearly 30 minutes to research the charge.

The closed pool was a disappointing surprise. The construction, which the front desk staff said wouldn't start until 10 AM but clearly started before 8 AM made this a rather uncomfortable stay. Can't belive the facility doesn't let you know about these two material facts about a potential stay.

Book a King bed, when I checked in I was told they only have double beds available. I showed the check in person my paperwork that showed I booked the king bed. They obviously overbooked. I will never be back that’s for sure. I left and did not stay the night. Very bad business!
