Overall clean and convenient location.

No shampoo or lotion even after housekeeping came through. Shower a bit dirty. Front desk service mediocre.

Perfect location for our stay

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Had a nice breakfast buffet. Central location.

Breakfast was nice with good options to choose from. The hotel location was great with food, gas, and grocery stores nearby.

The facility I used the second time it was clean staff Debra is Always pleasant and very knowledgeable, it’s quiet and the breakfast is always excellent and hot. I had a terrible experience with a hotel in oakbrook Hilton with my deposit and their third party but this facility it’s quick.Thank you for the wonderful service you provided

Nothing I liked everything

Bed was ok. room was clean.

1. they gave me the key for a room already occupied.... 2. Elevators not working 3. No opportunity to put drinks on the room, also no credit card working. Paid Cash, but had no receipt.

I did not eat. Area too small. Crowded!

Not enough parking!

It was easy access and a color welcoming atmosphere with the lights at night.

The elevator was not working.

It was clean and the beds were very comfy! Also having never been to the Chicago area, and not really knowing where I was booking, it was in a good area. Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and shopping around. About 30-40min from downtown Chicago.

For being a new facility, the elevator was out of service so everyone had to take the stairs and our room was right across from the stairs so we heard the door opening and slamming shut constantly.

I had a newly updated room.

Long hallways lacked signage regarding direction to the Lobby. Depending on where you parked, there are so many entrance doors, but you loose sense of where you are in the building. If signage said Lobby … a person would get their bearings faster.

I love this entire location

I really wish you guys had a bath tub.

The bed was comfortable. Some of the staff was kind and helpful.

Windows was not opening and I was told that all windows are locked in all rooms, how we get fresh air? Air conditioning is not for fresh air. And some staff was rude and not helpful.

no clothes hangers to speak of had no more bought some maid service not up to par towels and coffee and toilet paper not replaced daily pillows so so room layout and furniture sub par heavy chair in front of full length mirror in corner of room mirror useless for wife until I moved chair and lamp out of way bout all

I liked that it was new and updated with contemporary amenities. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating.

There was an adjoining room, and the noise traveled through the doorway and made it hard to go to sleep.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! 1st room that I was assigned , toilet had been used and no power in the bathroom. I did go back down to desk and staff was very quick to not only apologize but assigned another room immediately. There was a mix up apparently that the room had been previously unavailable due to maintenance issues , but somehow it got in the available rooms list. There was a bit of wear and tear in room carpet and a bit of scrubbing needed in corner of shower stall. The staff very generously offered some items from pantry. It was actually just a minor incident. Also I did question the agent on duty at checkout that the room I ended up in was a regular double, and when I booked room I had asked for an accessibility, due to recent surgery I had that affects my mobility . I was not quite sure if that affected the rate that I paid. But room was pleasant, clean, quiet and comfortable. I especially was pleased with the well lit parking ! Made me comfortable as a single traveler.

The breakfast was very good. Your muffins were doughy on top but the rest of the food was delicious. The cook preparing the breakfast food and checking the supply was ample was very friendly and easy to talk to. She always smiled and was very helpful. I loved the walk-in shower and the size of the bed.

I accidently left the Do Not Disturb sign thinking the opposite sign was please clean the room. That may be a good idea to have. Also, there was a leak coming from the 3 story room above my room through the ceiling. I did inform the person who appeared to be in charge of the hotel that it was running. I left pads of absorbent pads to help keep the water from causing any damage. When I returned, I could tell that nothing was done in my room as well as it was not cleaned. I also had one day that nothing was cleaned nor the trash removed.

Only thing I don’t like is the view by pool pool has no water in it and its dirty and looks nasty

The staff was friendly and the hotel had a fresh look. The breakfast selection was very good.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Everything felt well updated. Plenty of parking with entry close to the room. Staff were kind and courteous.

The elevator door sometimes didn't open initially and required some button pushing to let you out. Breakfast options were okay - nothing special. Would have liked more healthy options like wheat toast and fresh berries. Also milk alternatives to put in the coffee/cereal etc.

Walls are very thin, low ceilings, there was old food in my fridge that I asked be removed and it wasn’t.

I felt the rooms were so clean and the bright white comforters on the bed, mattress comfortable and so were the pillows. Breakfast was good, It showed an 8.0 rating, and I had seen hotels at a lot higher prices not have that high of ratings. Was happy with my last minute choice on bookings.com

The $100 dollar that they charge you for up to 10 days for damage that may have happened.
