Great restaurant at hotel

Parking was awful. Had to sit and wait for someone to leave before we could park. Not enough parking spaces. Carpets seemed dirty and sticky. Will not stay here again.

My first room was a disaster with the ceiling falling down. I have videos. I should not have to pay for this stay

I arrive to the hotel for a night of rest and the first room was a fumed filled respiratory nightmare, I was in there for a moment and knew had I slept in that room my health would have been compromised. I went to front desk and requested another room due to this and was accommodated to another floor and the air quality was improved but while I was resting I felt something on my arm and noticed it was a bed bug, I immediately recorded the incident and gathered my belongings grateful that I had not brought out any of my possessions went back to the front desk asked for the manager owner and or operator Information and he gave me a card assured me I would’ve followed up with and contacted as I showed him the video and shred with him my critical situation. Unfortunately, this situation has not been resolved and based on the experience I will be sure to never return to this property based on these negative experiences.

Definitely seen better and more modern. Compared to other Holiday Inn, this location, the room alone, is below par.

Room was clean for the most part, but i did notice makeup on the bathroom floor and at the doorway of the room. Also, loud music played late. Stairway could use a paintjob.

Room smelled musty, had a stuffy nose. Parking was actually so stressful, not what you want after driving all day. Room was clean and comfortable. Very old but bed was nice.

Room is average. Beds old and worn hotel is ok …. Staff was nice

No breakfast included, the bar Louie was way over priced and the toilet kept running even after I asked them to look at it Saturday morning

The room was nice. I like the Dove soap and shampoo. The hotel was average. I do not like that the pool closes at 7pm although the pool was clean. I did not visit the fitness center.

A classic Holiday Inn hotel located in a commercial area with dinner and shopping options around it. No complains, it has all the necessary.

Very clean and organized. Loved my stay

Everything was very good. My only issue was it took awhile for the water to get warm, and I would have felt safer getting into the tub if there were no slip treads. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked very well and quiet. The desk staff very friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Everything was accessible. All the restaurants were walking, distant, plus the shopping experience was great.

Already familiar with the area, clean rooms and hallways staff was friendly and close to everything we needed. Would definitely come back

The room was clean and service was good. The hotel was tired looking and the inside of the elevator walls were marked up. There was vomit outside on the premises that I reported did not get cleaned up. Good price per night, but I would not recommend.
