Upgraded appliances in the location, Merrillville location was a better experience and I based that off staying here but I would stay at Merrillville before coming back and some of the guest too rowdy

front desk manager very rude called police on me because I had questions about policy it was very embarrassing to be put out infront of my kids not to mention I was 8months pregnant.

they charge an 175 accidental fee which was never told to me when booked‼️

Location was good, staff was friendly.

Room was not well Maintained. Many bulbs burned out in bathroom, towel rack missing in bathroom. Light and fan not working above cooktop. Inside door handle fell off. Phone in room did not work. Couldn’t call the front desk.

Breakfast was good ...the room we had 405 ...the faucets - the knobs- the handles on the closet door was all loose .

The First Room I Had It Was Junky And Not Clean Bed Was A Mess And The Tv Was Left On And Beer Bottles Were Everywhere Like Someone Just Had Got Up And Left The Room

Clean room with good accomodations. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Ray at front desk was cordial and professional was the best part of the stay. .

Bathroom smelled a little bit of sewage.

Stairs were very dirty and couch upholstery was old and ugly.

The ONLY thing I liked about this place was the location, and the social they have on Mon-Wed evenings.

I don't even know where to start. Our room we checked into was pleasing to the naked eye, however once we settled in, and got comfortable, that's when the hell storm of problems started. First, from day 1, our refrigerator was going out, and eventually it did, and all my food had to be thrown out (another person staying there experienced the same exact thing as well). And when I spoke to the manager about it, he said that the "Refrigerators were so old, he couldn't even find them anymore, and from there he said he would speak to management to see what could be done." (That NEVER HAPPENED Then in addition to that, the toilet would continuously run all night, and if that wasn't enough, the AC Unit which is inside a locked closet sounded like it was going to explode every time it started, which terrified my 6yr old a lot throughout the night. Also the windows would not closed once open, and as a result, we had to wage a war against some. Sizeable spiders every other day. So when I finally had enough, I requested another room, in which the young lady at the front desk had no problem giving me. (Brace yourself), the 1st room i looked at right across the hall from my original room, had an ice cold fridge, but the cabinet doors were off the hinges, and upon me opening them the door almost fell off and hit my 6yr old in the head. And the 2nd room I did chose, hadn't been cleaned in ages! And how do I know? When I was wiping off cabinets and counter tops, my wipes were overloaded with dust! Even our beds, nightstands, AND ALARM CLOCKS were covered in dust. The vents in the room and bathroom were disgusting, and all of this caused me to develop a terrible cough and itching fit. Turns out there is a cat in the room next to me and I guess I was just inhaling a lot of pet dander and loads of dust! And the day I checked out, I woke up to find that all of my food and water was Luke warm, because THAT fridge started going out as well.

the elevator was out of order I wasn’t notified. I have bad ankles wasn’t given an choice to choose another hotel she put me on the highest floor “4th” the smelly dirty carpet and stairwell. lazy front staff sitting and talking not attentive.

I liked the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living/kitchen space.

The microwave in my room was super filthy. They aren't very thorough when it comes to cleaning. Also the bathrooms need to be updated.
