Great stay for an amazing price!

The property was wonderful. It was nice and clean. It had everything I needed. My room was super clean. I always bring cleaning supplies for the bathroom and the room was so spotless I didn’t even need them. For it to be a pet friendly hotel, it smelled great!. I was thrown off that it didn’t have free breakfast but the breakfast was so delicious I didn’t mind paying . Every staff that I had the pleasure of meeting was really nice.

The only issue I ran into was that the heated shelter didn’t work. It was a snow storm and my kids played in the snow. I would’ve been nice to have the heated shelter rolling.

Poorly compensated!

Property was fine. Staff was lacking!

After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes at 4:15 pm for room that had been booked weeks in advance and then being locked out of my room at check out time causing me to make three trips up and down to the front desk while my wife waited in the hall outside of the room and then the two of us waiting another twenty five minutes while maintenance struggled with the door lock to no avail and unable to check and forced to leave the hotel to attend the scheduled function and return later to collect our things, we were comped parking fees that had already been waived the day before because of the room delay, and a DIET COKE!! Are you kidding?

Comfortable room and bed, but too high price for the room and breakfast.

Fruit and yogurt selection was very good. Coffee tasted good.

Scrambled eggs were very hard and dry, even after requesting and getting a special batch. Not buttery tasting at all. No real cream for coffee. $17 per person plus tax and tip for the buffet was too much for what was offered. Sub-par breakfast. Breakfast should have been included with the high room rate.

Brilliant, excellent, great - we liked it so much the first few days we booked 10 days and will be back.

All the reception staff were great, the rooms we had over the holidays were all clean, smell free and very comfortable.

My only 2 complaints are 1) parking close to the hotel at a weekend ( specifically Saturday nights ) can be hard as the Carpark isn’t only used by the hotel. 2) traffic noise from the freeway can be loud at times, but none of the above caused us big issues.

Don’t stay here if you have a pet.

Good location.

We were forced to pay an extra $83.00 to be able to check in. $75.00 for our small dog and $8.00 to be able to park in the surface lot right in front of the hotel. We previously had paid the full amount requested by booking.com of $143.55 for the room and $7.00 for the travel insurance. These amounts were charged by booking.com before the actual stay. We also were told that pets were allowed but were never told there would be an excessive fee for our small dog. Nor were we informed there would also be an additional parking fee. A side note: there was extremely low water pressure, too.

Nice, clean interior and comfortable beds. Pool area was clean and well stocked with towels.

The food was good at the breakfast cafe. The menu was sufficient. Would have been nicer if if had been included in the room price. Not sure if I were to stay there again, that I would order food form the cafe. The rooms were comfortable, but I was unable to obtain a room with a walk in shower, so two of my family members could not shower during our stay. On Friday night, the lobby smelled like pot smoke. The hotel was supposed to be non smoking.

The exterior of the property had overflowing trash when we arrived to check in and even the next morning. The patio furniture was in poor repair. Priced higher than I expected. Hilton name not well represented at this facility

Breakfast was cold. Customers are lead to believe breakfast is included in stay.

We didn’t like paying extra to park our car there. Paying extra for housekeeping! It costs less than the Hyatt to stay there. And then we were nickel and dimes to death. Not right!

Terrible frustrating dissatisfied

I did not like anything about this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my life.

Bad and rude customer service, dirty room full of bugs, dirty beds, dirty washroom. Everything was terrible. The hotel even charged me for parking and water, I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never paid for parking and water ever before in any hotel but this hotel charged me for that .

Clean hotel

We were woke up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm that turned out to be nothing and room service was trying to come clean our room from early in the morning even though check out is only 11:00. I was also charged for my service dog $75 for one night and that is not legal.
