The location was fine and the parking spot was good. Beds were comfortable.
During the check in we asked for a late check out which was confirmed by the receptionist named Kristina, priced $50, check out day, housekeeping entered our room 3 times stating that we need to leave by 11AM. After going to the reception we've been told by another rude receptionist that we had not asked for a late check out and that we had to leave. After we explained that Kristina approved this, manager got called and stated that we are not "eligible" for the late check out, even though we clearly stated that we need the room because we had to work in silence. After a brief argument we got the offer to pay $75 and stay not more than 4PM (instead of 5.30PM as confirmed with Kristina) This is something that a place like Hilton should never allow especially for the price and amenities they offer.
