Not worth the money - needs updating.

Location

Value for what’s received. Rooms are very outdated, and price for food is not on par for quality. Better options near by.

It was ok but we are not sure that we will go back.

convience of restaurant in hotel and the hotel location.

We purchased room with breakfast and the receptionist gave us a hard time about it. We literally were told to call the hotel's 800 number and after a half hour I showed her our purchase confirmation email to prove that we paid for it. Then during the evening there was a crying baby al night long. When we mentioned this at check out, no-one cared.

Friendly staff and great drinks, just needs to work on cleaning.

The coffee bar and rooftop bar were excellent! The staff was friendly and responsive.

The room was not up to standards as far as cleanliness. There was hair, resembling dog hair, all over the carpet and a hair ball under the desk area. The shower was also dark and not cleaned well, with some mildew spots in the tiles.

Just a short stay sufficient, efficient and very pleasant.

It was easy, clean and safe. The room was clean and quiet. We would stay there again. In fact, I have stayed many times when it was different names over last 25 years.

The bed was much too soft but that is a personal choice...maybe perfect for someone else!

The location of the property was perfect. So close to everything! The mall, food options and beautiful parks. The breakfast at el Tapeo was very good. However, the one thing that stood out to me the most was the consistent customer service. Everyone that works there is so helpful, kind and really made us feel so welcomed.

I really enjoyed the stay and the bonus, of course were the department stores on site.

Excellent property. Very, very impressed with the cleanliness. The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing. Our server Antonio was spectacular. Professional yet personable.

Staff provided excellent customer service. The decor was modern and hotel was clean.

One of our rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The alarm clock was not checked by cleaning staff and woke my parents up at 6am. The towels had stains on them. Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price.

Super Close to Oak Brook Center

Excellent restaurant and bar. Within walking distance of all of the shopping and dining at Oak Brook Center. Fitness center was a little bit nicer than most business hotels.

Loud, terrible hotel with almost no WiFi or cell service.

Proximity to Oakbrook Center

Walls are paper thin. Heat does not work. Coffee maker was dirty - water for tea was yellow. WiFi is terrible - put me on off property support endlessly even though server probably needs to be reset - switched rooms - still does not work well, and terrible cell service - so impossible to work. Never staying here again. Avoid.

Poor reflection of the brand.

Location was great situated on the Mall property it has easy access to many restaurants and shopping options. Also centrally located in the west suburbs and close to highways made for easy local trips.

The hotel floors were dark and not very inviting. We were excited to try the brand and was left disappointed. I hope that this hotel does not reflect the overall brand though not sure we will experiment again. Traveled with a toddler and this hotel is not really geared towards family travel. The bathroom was small with toilet and shower split from the sink which was also small. There was no storage, shelves, hooks, bars or anywhere in general to hang and store your luggage or toiletries with most of our bags ending up on the floor. We think if it were a business trip the place would have been more agreeable.

The parking at this hotel is terrible. We could not find a spot, had to go sit at shake shack for a shake to wait for a spot to open up. Driving around too long looking for a spot. There should be many more spots for hotel guests.

We always have a lovely time and the staff is very kind.

This is the fourth or fifth time that I have stayed here with a group of friends. The staff is very lovely, clean common areas and rooms and a nice style. The hotel is across the street from restaurants and shops.

We had been given a room with a connecting door to the next room. The noise from our neighbor’s phones and television and their voices could be heard.

Room looked horrible. Bad paint job, stained tub, the sink water smelled like sewer water. Weird parking. Also, the cleaning ladies were yelling in the hallway all morning.

Well appointed hotel and great staff.

The location was great - at the edge of the mall so meals and entertainment was easily accessible. That said, we had some of the best food and drink while at the onsite bar! Great cocktails and delicious appetizers.

The way the entrance is designed is confusing. The lighting in the bedroom was quite dim. The prep space in the bathroom (around the sink) was extremely tight for two people trying to get ready simultaneously.

Great Oak Brook location and amenities for both business and pleasure stays.

I prepaid stay then needed to adjust stay to arrive one day sooner. I made change request and followed up with Booking.com agent to make sure it could be accomplished. I was assured that contact had been made and change had been successful. Unfortunately, electronic reservation showed a wonky, illegible name that made it difficult to find me when I arrived at hotel. This made check-in rough. It was fortunate front desk team was able to accommodate due to a last minute cancellation,

Nathan was excellent and gave great customer service!

Our room was extremely hot and stuffy. We had to call down for robes. We received complaints and weren’t even loud.
