I've stayed there several times. It's a good hotel.

Good location. Easy to get to/from O'Hare airport.

I wish they offered room service. Their restaurant is rarely busy, especially during the day.

We booked here because we had a wedding nearby. I likely would not recommend to a friend.

The room was clean. Check in was prompt.

The TV did not work. Someone checked on it but did not fix it. The bar attached to the hotel overcharged us and treated us rudely, saying they were not a cheap bar and 2 domestic beers were $18, even though the bill read different things than what we actually received. Tip was included on the bill as well. We honestly would not have tipped that much for two beers and poor service.

Staff and place was great

We were awake by the fire alarm @3am all the way up to 4:30am. Plus they came in knocking at the door @9am regarding the cleaning. I understand that it needs to be done but we got absolutely no sleep for the price that I paid for the stay I will be needing a partial if not full refund because this was awful of an experience.

The room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the bar Luis that was in the lobby and it was very good.

We asked the staff repeatedly to have the parking lot plowed and salted with nothing happening. I talked to another couple that was staying at the hotel and they said they had asked for it to be done also. We stayed there three days in a snowstorm and the parking lot was not plowed or salted. Every time you got out of your car, it was a deadly walk from the parking lot to the door.

Not worth the money. Find another hotel.

Easy location to navigate to and from.

The list is long…facilities lacking maintenance with missing screws, loose locks, elevator panels hanging off walls, chipped or broken flooring. Very heavy smell of marijuana in halls and elevator. After a day in Chicago we were looking forward to a swim only to find the pool closes at 7pm. Many events scheduled so parking was very congested. The room was not serviced between our two day stay. No clean towels provided with 4 guests. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

Room was dirty ( have pictures ) smelled like cigarettes in hallway and room . Floor was clean when we just walked it .

The pool was closed even though we called multiple times to verify. And the staff were rude, especially at the bar. Also there were hidden fees that weren’t explained when room. Was booked and my visit was over a month ago and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back.

The pool was nice the bar area. The beds were comfortable very quiet.

They did not accommodate my rooms being next to each other when I booked out months in advance also, the room was still dirty. There was stuff under the bed, old, dirty socks behind the door. It was not clean at all.

Fine except the pool

Staff was really nice and room was clean

We booked because the hotel had a pool. When we got there at 4, we were told it closed at 7. Then we were told to wait 5 minutes as the water was being filled. There was an oily film on the water. A staff person came in with the pool chemicals and we were told we couldn’t go in until 5. At 5 the oily spots were better but not gone. We went in and the water was freezing! I noticed the tiles on the side of the pool were dirty and chipped

Good location to Drury Lane Theater

The room could have been better. For 200 dollars for one night the bed should have been more neatly made, floor and tile in room broken up, toilet did not flush well. Just should have been nicer for what we paid.

For a holiday inn, I was a little disappointed

The location of this hotel was 4 minutes from our work site.the room was clean.

The pool closes at 7:00pm. The bar / lounge brought in some interesting people and very loud. Our restroom need some cosmetic repairs, nothing too bad.

Bar Louie is attached. Didn't realize how loud the music would be on my Friday and Saturday night stays. Since I was in-town for work-related training, I may not choose to stay at this location again due to the loud noise until after midnight.

The colors and the way the rooms were spacious

Pool water was dirty, no one was supervising for wristlets and public family members of people who stayed in the hotel were coming in without being watched nor having a wristlet. Also the music is very loud me and my fiancé were interrupted from our sleep until 12pm it was very loud. Elevator licenses were expired and the elevators took forever to land and open their doors it was scary.

Fraud.

I was accused of smoking in my room after leaving to smoke in my car the entire time. They took my deposit even though i told them to check the cameras. There also was blood stains on my bathroom door. Disgusting.
